Abstract

The invention relates to a semi-automated integrated system for processing Prosopis juliflora, comprising six interconnected machines: an electrical carbonizer (1), hammer mill (2), belt conveyor (3), vertical mixer (4), screw extruder (5), and packing conveyor (6) units controlled by a centralized motor protection and automation system. The invention offers a dualfunction solution to separately produce nutritious livestock feed from crushed seeds and ecofriendly charcoal briquettes from woody biomass, thereby mitigating environmental degradation while creating sustainable energy and food resources.
