Abstract

This innovation is an environmentally friendly manufacturing method for electronic device protective covers (mobile cases) made from recycled agricultural waste and recycled plastics. The product is a bio-composite product made by combining coffee grounds and recycled polypropylene (PP). The unique feature of the innovation is that it eliminates the pelletization process seen in conventional manufacturing processes and reduces production time and energy consumption by 25%. In addition, the product has an internal structure that absorbs sudden vibrations, and the Beeswax bio-coating on the outer part of the product prevents the penetration of @4 and makes it suitable for human skin.
