A device for handling snow and ice

Abstract

A novel device for working snow and ice is presented, comprising a rotating shaft (4) and a screw thread (5) at least partially surrounding the rotating shaft (4) and a power transmission coupling (6) for rotating the rotating shaft (4) and the screw thread (5). The rotating shaft (4) and the screw thread (5) are surrounded by an outer tube (1), and the assembly usually includes an ice blade (7) and a snow blade (8) and a connecting member arranged at the end of the central shaft for removably attaching the ice blade (7) and the snow blade (8).
