Abstract
Information pertaining to parking areas (112a-c) and mobile remote-controlled battery charging device(s) (MRCBCDs) (114a-e), is received at a user device (108, 204). The MRCBCDs is / are available to be employed for charging a battery (102) of a vehicle (104), and is / are controlled using control unit (110, 206). Selection of given MRCBCD (114c) is detected at user device. The given MRCBCD is selected to be employed for charging the battery of the vehicle. A first communication link is established between user device and a given control unit (110). A second communication link is established between the given control unit and the given MRCBCD. A digital twin of a real-world environment (100) and information pertaining to current location of given MRCBCD and a location of a given parking area (112b), are determined. The given MRCBCD is navigated from its current location to a location of given parking area, based on routing information.
