Abstract

The invention relates to a prefabricated room element (10), an arrangement and a method. The room element comprises a ceiling (14) comprising an interior ceiling surface (13) and an exterior ceiling surface (17). The prefabricated room element (10) comprises ventilation ducting, which is provided on the exterior ceiling surface (17) side of the ceiling (14) of the prefabricated room element (10) and is supported on the ceiling (14). The ventilation ducting comprises an elongated horizontal duct (20, 21) comprising a first end (24, 29), the first end (24, 29) being provided as a connecting end for connecting the horizontal duct (20, 25) to a building flue (62, 63, 64, 65), and a horizontal duct support system (30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 40, 42, 44, 46) for supporting the horizontal duct (20, 21) to the ceiling (14), the horizontal duct support system (30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 40, 42, 44, 46) comprising an adjustment arrangement (51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65) for the horizontal duct (20, 25) for adjusting the position of the first end (24, 29) relative to the ceiling (14) of the room element (10).
