Container bag with frame for liquid products This certificate of addition concerns a container bag with a frame for liquid products, and relates to an improvement to a bag, the subject of French patent application no. 88 14 650 of November 9, 1988 in the name of the present applicant. In this patent application, it is planned to have in a bag made of plastic sheets and provided with a base, a frame ensuring reinforcement of the bag in order to improve the stability of the bag placed upright on its base. According to this certificate of addition, a bag according to any one of the claims of the main patent is characterized in that the frame includes a part forming a handle, intended for handling the bag. Other details and advantages of this improvement will become clear upon reading the description that follows, with reference to the attached figure. The reference figures used are identical to those in the figures and description of the main patent. The illustrated sachet 10 is similar to that in figure 2 of the main patent. It comprises two side sheets 12,14 and a bottom 16 of heat-sealable plastic material, assembled by welding lines 18 at the edge in order to define an internal volume 20 containing a liquid 22. A 24mm semi-rigid frame is housed inside the bag. This frame comprises a central vertical rod 26; of a length approximately equal to the height of the bag, and two crossbars: an upper crossbar 28 which fits against the upper edge 18s of the bag, and a lower crossbar 30 which fits against the bottom 16 of the bag and has a shape adapted to the profile of this bottom. The upper cross member 28 includes a section of tube 32 which crosses the upper weld line 18s in order to define a pouring orifice for the liquid product 22 contained in the bag 10, this tube being able to be closed by a stopper not shown. On the opposite side of the tube 32, the upper cross member 28 has a plate 50 that is substantially vertical, pierced with an oblong opening 52, and sandwiched between the two sheets 12, 14 which are welded to it. In this way, the plate 50, which forms part of the frame, forms a handling handle for the bag 10, an operator being able to pass their fingers through the opening 52. Of course, this improvement can be applied to all embodiments and variants illustrated and described in the main patent. In addition, the part of the frame forming the handle can be located in different places, such as above the upper crossbar 28, or take on a different shape, such as the shape of an approximately circular ring, or a hook. Furthermore, the handle plate 50 can advantageously be extended at its lower end by a tab 54, embedded in the side seal 18d and extending to the level of the base 16, to form a stabilizing foot for the bag. Additionally, a second tab 56 can be embedded in the opposite side seal 189, along all or part of the height of the bag 10, to form a second stabilizing foot for the bag. When this second tab extends over the entire height of the bag, it is advantageous to ensure that it is attached to the upper crossbar 28.
Claims
DEMANDS 1. Bag according to any one of the claims of the main patent, characterized in that the frame (24) includes a part (50) forming a handle, intended for handling the bag.
2. Bag according to claim 1, characterized in that the frame (24) comprises an upper crossbar (28) and in that said handle (50) is integral with said upper crossbar.
3. Bag according to claim 2, characterized in that said handle consists of a plate (50) extending substantially vertically from one end of the upper crossbar (28).
4. Bag according to claim 3, characterized in that said plate (50) has an opening (52) for the passage of an operator's fingers.
5. Bag according to one of claims 3 or 4, characterized in that said sheets (12,14) are welded "in sandwich" onto said plate (50).
6. Bag according to any one of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that said plate comprises a tab (54), taken in a weld (18d) of the bag and extending to the level of the bottom (16).
