Description

The present invention relates to an improvement providing additional technicality; frame, supports, roller shutter, possibly joinery to the roller shutter box C3) described in patent No. 86 12410 filed on September 4, 1986. This roller shutter box, forming a U (Fig. 1) or a right angle (Fig. 2), made of wood or wood derivatives, PVC, polyester, sheet steel, sheet aluminum, or other thin material (1), is fixed by means of hinges (5), latches, bolts, or screws to a frame (4) whose sliding upper part (14) is connected by a bolt and nut (15), allowing it to compensate for differences in level with the ceiling, which is fixed to it by dowels. On this frame are fixed by nuts and inserts (8) either on the lower crossbar or on the vertical uprights adjustable supports (7) on which the axle of the roller shutter (9) is adapted. The inside of the box is lined by gluing or stapling with an insulating material (13) of a thickness required to meet regulatory acoustic and thermal specifications The seal between the mobile box and the frame is ensured by a compressed foam seal (10), glued to the periphery of the box. A fresh air intake chimney (11), location of choice, is fitted in the insulation (13) as well as a light in the wall (1) of the box on which a self-adjusting grille (12) is placed. SOLUTION 1 This box: frame (4) plus box (1) can be used alone and placed on the upper rail of a wood, PVC, or aluminum joinery, in this case the frame serving as the upper subframe. SOLUTION 2 Box plus support (7), tax(9) and the shutter. SOLUTION 3 By incorporating the joinery, this latter solution allows the installation of the entire monobloc unit in a single operation.

Claims

DEMANDS 1) Assembly forming a roller shutter box conforming to any one of the claims of the main patent, characterized in that it is formed by a block (3), made by a frame (4) which can form a subframe of the joinery and a box (1) with or without a drop (2) forming a U type A or a type B bracket. The outer wall (1) made of wood or wood derivatives, sheet steel or aluminum, PVC, polyester, or other thin materials. 8 2) Assembly according to claim 1 characterized by the connection of the box (1) to a frame (4) by means of hinges (5) at the bottom, and of latches, catches or nuts (6) at the top. 3) Assembly according to any one of claims 1 and 2, characterized by the height-adjustable sliding part of the frame (14), connected to the main frame (4) by bolts and inserts (15), fixed to the ceiling by anchoring. 4) Assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by adjustable supports (7) fixed to the frame (4) either on a bottom rail or on the vertical uprights by a bolt and a movable insert (8) receiving the horizontal axis (9) of the shutter. 5) Assembly according to one of the preceding claims characterized by the gluing or stapling on the inner face of the wall (1) of an insulator (13) of thickness necessary for a regulatory acoustic and thermal specification. 6) Assembly according to one of the preceding claims characterized by a compressed sealing gasket (10) disposed on the periphery between the box and the frame. 7) Assembly according to one of the preceding claims characterized by the arrangement through the insulation (13) of a fresh air supply chimney (11) with a light in the wall (1) on which is fixed according to the chosen location, a self-regulating grille (12).
