Abstract

La présente invention complète les dispositifs envisagés dans la demande de brevet ndegré 89 14376 sur les points suivants: - Nouvelle géométrie du régulateur de débit; - Adjonction d'un indicateur d'enfoncement du piston central donnant ainsi une approximation du débit délivré et du nombre de cannaux sollicités pour le conditionnement. - Nouvelle disposition des aimants qui, tout en restant positionnés sur des nappes, ne sont plus disposés systèmatiquement tête-bêche. Ces nappes peuvent être hélicoïdales. - Adjonction sur les pôles des aimants composant le conditionneur de pièces polaires ayant une triple fonction de protection des aimants, de canalisation et des champs magnétiques et du flux d'eau. Les caractéristiques du conditionneur magnétique d'eau restent par ailleurs inchangées. Ces conditionneurs magnétiques sont destinés aux logements individuels, aux immeubles d'habitation, aux collectivités, aux industries et aux exploitations agricoles.

Description

This addition relates to the magnetic water conditioner described in patent application no. 89 14 376 and covers the following four points: A) THE FLOW REGULATOR: (figure 1) It is a cylindrical block (1) hollowed out with a central blind hole (6) and 2, 3, 4, .... eccentric holes (7), also blind. - The holes (7), numbering 2, 3, 4 ...., are arranged around the central hole (6). - oblique conduits (9) connect the central hole (6) to each of the holes (7); these conduits can also be perpendicular to the axes of the holes (6) & (7). - The holes have different lengths, so that the conduits (9) are positioned at different heights. - finally these holes (7) are directly connected to the elementary channels of the magnet support, if it is an integrated assembly, or to common conditioners, arranged in a battery. According to another embodiment of the invention, the holes (7) are replaced by grooves cut into the body of the magnet support itself. In this case, block (1) is simply said support. B) A DROP INDICATOR: (figure 1) Directly attached to the regulator seen in (A), this indicator consists of a transparent body (21) pierced with a hole (22) in which slides an indicator (23) carried by a rod (24). The rod is fixed to the bottom of the piston (10) and therefore moves simultaneously with it, thus driving the indicator (23). A threaded hole (25) allows the attachment of a bleeder valve. Features (26) on the body (21) allow us to know, according to the indicator (23), on the one hand how many elementary channels (5) are used, on the other hand what the approximate flow rate delivered by the conditioner is. According to another embodiment of the invention, the rod (24) carries a magnet which drives an indicator (23) through the wall of a non-magnetic and non-transparent body (21). C) THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE MAGNETS Regardless of their number and characteristics, the magnets of the different devices according to the invention will always be arranged on parallel planes, thus forming a sheet, but are not systematically parallel to each other. According to a first embodiment of the invention, the magnets, arranged perpendicular to the axis of the support, form constant angles between them and thus constitute a helical sheet in the manner of the steps of a spiral staircase. Each pole of each magnet opens into one of the holes (7) or onto one of the grooves cut into the support. According to a second embodiment of the invention, these are groups of two, three ...... magnets, parallel to each other which constitute the helical sheet. Claims

DEMANDS 1- Device according to claims 1 and 2 of patent application no. 89 14 376, characterized in that the flow regulator is a body made of non-magnetic material (1), pierced with a central hole (6), directly connected to the network and with n eccentric holes (7) conducting the water to be treated over the magnetic fields. N conduits (9), straight or oblique, connect the holes (7) to the central hole (6). 2- Device according to claims 5 and 6 of patent application no. 89 14 376, characterized in that the holes (7) have different lengths, resulting in different heights for the conduits (9). 3- Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the holes (7) can be replaced by grooves cut directly into the magnet support. 4- Device according to claim 1, characterized in that a rod (24) is integral with the bottom of the piston (10) and that it carries a pumping indicator (23), visible through the walls of a transparent block (21) fixed directly on the regulator (1). 5- Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the rod (24) carries a magnet acting, through the wall of a non-transparent block (21) on a sliding ring (23). 6- Device according to claim 10 of patent application no. 89 14 376, characterized in that the magnets are positioned on parallel planes, have constant angles between them and thus constitute a helical sheet. 7- Device according to claims 1 and 6, characterized in that the magnets can be grouped in sets of 2, 3 .... which are in turn arranged on parallel planes forming sheets, either flat, sinusoidal, cylindrical, or helical. 8- Device according to claims 1 and 3, characterized in that the block (1) constituting the regulator can be machined directly in the support of the magnets. 9- Device according to claims 6 and 7, characterized in that the magnets are capped with a pole piece carrying fins perpendicular to the direction of the water flow.
