7víni-er.base for post protection lighting and signage Method relating to the main patent N.87 15755 formerly entitled "Protective base for lighting and signaling poles". The certificate of addition consists of a short mini-base whose base(11) is paired with the normal bases, resulting in a more economical mini-base. This is to correspond to lamppost poles whose mounting plate (9) is not buried and whose fixing bolts are exposed and very aggressive, leaving them unprotected from pedestrians. This means that this mini base (10) will ensure the lower protection of the posts, that is to say below the 30 technical levels. It will protect this area from the effects of dog urine, as well as from antifreeze products and other substances. It will especially protect pedestrians from the harsh contact of the bolts(12) appearing from the fixing of the bases. In the event of an accident, pedestrians may take legal action against municipalities or manufacturers. A detailed description of the mini-base follows for a better understanding of the present invention; an embodiment is given by way of example and not limitation in the attached drawing. The mini base is made of plastic in one piece, either in two half-shells or in metal. The advantage of this system is that a single mini-base can cover several post diameters. Lb-diameter(13) of the mini-base is slightly: greater than the maximum diameter of the posts to be protected at this height, which means that the outer diameter of the ring (5) is constant and only its inner diameter depends on the post to be protected, so this is the only part to adjust. The advantage of this process is that the same dimension > -e mini-base fits several post sizes, which represents a definite saving.
