Abstract

The invention relates to an articulation assembly (100) of a robot head (110) comprising: • a support structure (120); • a first and a second rotary actuator (130,140) each comprising an axis (131,141) and a body (132,142), the axis (131) of the first actuator being mechanically connected to a mast (150) supporting the head, so that it is mobile in rotation around a first axis of the articulation assembly (X1); • a movable basket (160) mechanically connected to said support structure by means of a pivot joint, said basket being rotatable about a second axis of the articulation assembly (X2), the bodies of the actuators being fixed to said movable basket, the axis of the second actuator being coaxial with said transverse axis, the axis of the second actuator being fixed relative to said support structure, so that the head is rotatable about said transverse axis.
