Abstract

Reinforcing frame for a furniture worktop, equipped with an opening for receiving equipment. The reinforcing frame (5) comprises telescopic stringers (6) and crossbars (7). The end ends of the stringers (6) cooperate by vertical interlocking with a fastening element (8) for the reinforcing frame (5) on a piece of furniture. The end ends of the crossbars (7) are supported by vertical interlocking on the stringers (6). A support surface for the worktop on the reinforcing frame (5) is provided by calibrating the vertical interlocking of the crossbars (7) on the stringers (6) and of the stringers (6) on the fastening elements (8).
