Abstract
The invention relates to a mixture of esters obtained by esterification of at least one C2-C4 diol or one C3-C4 triol and a mixture of acids comprising at least one C2-C9 saturated acid and 10-undecylenic acid. The invention also relates to the use of a mixture of esters obtained by esterification of at least one polyol and a mixture of acids comprising at least one C2-C9 saturated acid and 10-undecylenic acid, as a preservative.
