Abstract
The invention relates to a weldable pin (1) for joining a first sheet (40) and a second sheet (80) by resistance welding. The pin (1) comprises a head (2) and a longitudinal body (3) projecting from the head (2) to a distal free end. The pin (3) is characterized in that the body (3) includes a groove (4) forming a thermal decoupling means and extending to the distal end of the body (3).
