Abstract

The invention relates to a system (1) for blocking a vehicle (C) in front of an unloading zone (ZD), comprising a guide rail (2), a carriage (3) mounted in translation on the rail, a device (4) for driving the carriage on the rail between a waiting position and a cleared position closer to the unloading zone than the waiting position, a wedge (6) mounted on the carriage, and a control unit (12), the control unit (12) being arranged to, in response to receiving an instruction authorizing unloading of a vehicle, control the drive device (4) to authorize, control or cause a movement of the carriage (3) towards the cleared position; and to, in response to receiving an instruction to return to the waiting position, control the drive device (4) to cause a movement of the carriage (3) towards the waiting position.
