A facial muscle exercise and strengthening device (1) comprising a core (10) and two peripheral parts (11) to the core in order to exercise and strengthen at least one of the following facial muscles: the orbicularis oris, the zygomaticus minor, the levator of the upper lip, the risorius, the depressor of the upper lip, the mentalis, the depressor of the angle of the mouth, the meseter, the zygomaticus major.

2. A device according to claim 1, wherein said core is V-shaped.

3. A device according to claim 2, wherein said peripheral portions are curved or straight ends and preferably said core has bumps at the V-fold.

4. A device according to claim 2, wherein said peripheral portions are curved or straight wide ends.

5. A device according to claim 1, wherein said core is U-shaped.

6. A device according to claim 5, wherein said core is made of a stretch cord made of a handle (30) or an adjuster (300) and said peripheral portions are hooks.

7. A device according to claim 1, wherein said core is made of metal and said peripheral portions are made of rubber or dip-molded or said core and said peripheral portions are made of plastic.

8. Device according to claim 3, wherein the length of the V-shaped core is 50 millimeters, the length of the peripheral portions is 15 millimeters, the width of the peripheral portions is 10 millimeters, the maximum distance between the peripheral portions is 20 millimeters.

9. A set of devices comprising a device according to claim 3, a device according to claim 4, a device according to claim 5, a device according to claim 6.
