Title: Oven for rapid heating of food products The invention relates to an oven (1) for rapid heating of food products (2), having a heating space (4) capable of receiving the food products (2), the oven (1) also comprising a control unit (9) configured to control a heating device (7), characterized in that the control unit (9) is configured to: - trigger, after receiving an actuation signal, a measurement of the temperature of the heating space (4); - compare the measured temperature with a temperature range at the start of a heating program cycle; - select the heating program, and - control the heating device (7) according to the selected heating program.
