[0001] The present disclosure relates to devices for reusing wastewater, and particularly to devices for reusing domestic wastewater from showers, baths and sinks. Technical background
[0002] There are currently wastewater reuse devices, but none of these devices include a filtered water tank with an accessible filter and are not adaptable in their dimensions to any bathroom.
[0003] However, such a disadvantage does not allow for easy installation and maintenance of the device.
[0004] Therefore, there is a need for an improved device. Summary
[0005] For this purpose, a device is proposed for reusing wastewater by a toilet tank comprising a wastewater receiver with a slope for transferring this water to a grid under which there is a first replaceable large particle filter, this water thus filtered passes into the orifice of the receiver and the inlet of a tank of the receiver, the receiver is provided with a reinforcement in its lower part, the tank held by means of a structure rests on feet adjustable in height, a water pump attached to the tank and configured to transmit the wastewater to the toilet tank when a toilet flush is activated, a second cleanable filter downstream of the water pump and upstream of the toilet tank, an overflow outlet towards the evacuation, side panels are fixed to the feet of the structure by fixing means.
[0006] Preferably, the panels are retractable and one of the panels provides direct access to the pump and filter.
[0007] Preferably, a hatch integrated into the receiver and located opposite the grid provides direct access to the pump and the filter.
[0008] Preferably, the grid is made of chrome, the receiver is made of acrylic or resin, the hatch is made of resin or wood, the structure is made of metal, the tank has a capacity of 70 liters, the fixing means are clips, the water pump has a flow rate of 10 liters per minute and includes a 12 / 17 plumbing connection to the toilet tank flush, the device has a height of 150 millimeters, a width of 800 millimeters and a depth of 1200 millimeters, the reinforcement is made of fiberglass. Brief description of the figures
[0009] Non-limiting examples will be described with reference to the following figures.
[0010] [Fig. 1] shows an embodiment of the wastewater reuse device according to the invention.
[0011] [Fig.2] shows an exploded top view of the wastewater reuse device of [Fig.l] according to the invention.
[0012] [Fig.3] shows an exploded view from below of the wastewater reuse device of [Fig.l] according to the invention. Detailed description
[0013] [Fig.l] shows an embodiment of the wastewater reuse device according to the invention.
[0014] In the illustrated use case, the wastewater reuse device 1 is installed under a shower in a bathroom in order to supply a toilet water tank. The wastewater from the showers and collected by the wastewater reuse device 1 is transmitted through a pipe 10 to the toilet tank 2. When the toilet is flushed, the wastewater instead of sanitary water is used to clean the contents of the toilet tank 3.
[0015] [Fig.2] shows an exploded top view of the wastewater reuse device of [Fig.l] according to the invention.
[0016] The device for reusing wastewater 1 by a toilet tank comprises a receiver 11 for wastewater with a slope for transferring this water to a grid 12 under which there is a first replaceable large particle filter 13, this water thus filtered passes into the orifice 14 of the receiver 11 and the inlet 15 of a tank 16 of the receiver 11. The tank 16 is held by means of a structure 17 resting on height-adjustable feet 18. A water pump 19 adjoining the tank 16 is configured to transmit the wastewater to the toilet tank where this wastewater is reused when a toilet flush is operated. Retractable side panels 111, 112 are fixed to the legs 18 of the structure by fixing means 28. One of the panels, 111 in the Figure, gives direct access to the pump 19 and to the cleanable filter 23 for the maintenance needs of these elements.
[0017] The filter 23 allows the filtering of waste water downstream of the water pump 19 before it enters the toilet tank.
[0018] Alternatively, the side panels are not retractable but a hatch integrated into the receiver 11 and located diametrically opposite the grid 12 gives direct access to the pump 19 and the filter 23 for the maintenance needs of these elements.
[0019] The capacity in liters of the tank gives an order of magnitude of the quantity of wastewater reused. For example, a 30-liter tank saves 3 flushes of 9 liters each.
[0020] The grid can be made of chrome.
[0021] The receiver can be made of acrylic or resin.
[0022] The hatch can be made of resin or wood.
[0023] The structure can be made of metal.
[0024] The tank can be made of plastic or “cushion” and have a capacity of 70 liters.
[0025] The fixing means may be clips.
[0026] The water pump may have a flow rate of 10 liters per minute and include a 12 / 17 plumbing connection to the toilet flush.
[0027] The device may have a height of 150 millimeters, a width of 800 millimeters and a depth of 1200 millimeters.
[0028] [Fig.3] shows an exploded view from below of the wastewater reuse device of [Fig.l] according to the invention.
[0029] The wastewater reuse device 1 comprises the wastewater receiver of [Fig. 2] whose underside is made up of a reinforcement 21. The water after filtering according to [Fig. 2] passes into the orifice 14 of the receiver in order to be stored in the tank 16 which is held by the structure described in [Fig. 2] and resting on feet 18. A water pump 19 adjoining the tank 16 is configured to transmit the wastewater to the toilet tank where this wastewater is reused when a toilet flush is actuated. A second cleanable filter 23 downstream of the water pump 19 and upstream of the toilet tank makes it possible to rid the wastewater of impure elements which could damage the toilet tank in which this water is reused. Retractable side panels 111, 112 are fixed to the adjustable feet 18 of the structure by fixing means 28.One of the panels, 111 in the Figure, provides direct access to the pump 19 and the filter 23 for maintenance purposes of these parts. The device includes an overflow outlet 22 to the drain.
[0030] The overflow outlet 22 to the sewer system, for example, allows, when the tank is filled with wastewater to its maximum capacity, the excess wastewater to be discharged to a location other than the tank for reusing this water. Thus, neither of these two tanks will see its quantity of water overflow.
[0031] The reinforcement 21 is made of fiberglass.
[0032] The other wastewater reuse tank can be that of a toilet flush.
[0033] The wastewater reuse device of the invention has the advantages following. Its dimensions adapt it to installation by placing it above a shower floor with adjustable feet and retractable panels for access to the elements to be maintained, including the water pump and the adjoining filter.
