Anchoring device for complete or partial implant-supported prostheses

Abstract

Anchorage device (2) for complete or partial supra-implant prosthesis, comprising: - a cap (21), provided with a truncated conical cavity (23), suitable for integration into the prosthesis; - an abutment (22) provided with a threaded rod (24) suitable for screwing to a retention bar or directly to implants or any other implant fitting and a truncated conical head (25) configured to fit into the truncated conical cavity (23) of the cap (21). The device combines, in addition, on the one hand, an axial transfixation screw (4) configured to pass through the prosthesis and the crown (21) and screw into the abutment (22) to obtain a fixed prosthesis, and on the other hand, a flexible annular segment (3) capable of providing, in the absence of the screw (4), a removable connection, like a clip, between the crown (21) and the dedicated abutment (22) to obtain a clip-on removable prosthesis.
