Abstract

The present invention relates to a method and device for monitoring on-board computers in a vehicle against a cyberattack such as modifying the operating mode of an on-board computer in the vehicle or replacing the software of an on-board computer in the vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: - detection (41) of a first computer that has been subjected to a cyberattack, said first computer being configured to control a function implemented by the vehicle; and - transmission (42), to a device removed from the vehicle, of an alert signal indicating that the first detected computer has been subjected to a cyberattack.
