Abstract
The invention relates to a crosslinking compound that is alkoxylated, associative, and polymerizable. This compound comprises several polymerizable groups and at least one associative group, enabling it to crosslink a polymer chain, thereby imparting an associative character to it. The invention also relates to the preparation of a polymer using this compound, as well as to this polymer and its use for controlling the viscosity of an aqueous composition.
