[0033] The present invention is described in more detail below in conjunction with the drawings and embodiments.
[0034] A chair according to [Fig.l] is a chair with armrests, and comprises a chair seat, a backrest, a seat tube 4, leg tubes 5 and armrests 6. The backrest is arranged above the seat tube 4. The chair seat is arranged on the backrest and the seat tube 4. A plurality of leg tubes 5 are connected with the seat tube 4, and upper portions of the leg tubes 5 are higher than a plane where the seat tube 4 is located. The armrests 6 each have one end connected to an upper end of the leg tubes 5 and the other end connected to the backrest.
[0035] The chair may also be a chair without armrests according to [Fig. 3]. This chair has substantially the same structure as the chair with armrests and differs in that a plurality of leg tubes 5 are arranged directly below the seat tubes and in that no armrests are provided between the leg tubes and the backrest.
[0036] Both the chair with armrests and the chair without armrests use the backrest of the following structure: an elastic backrest, comprising a backrest frame and an elastic buffer connector 2, in which the longitudinal support tubes on both sides of the backrest frame are composed of two or more segmented support tubes, and the lowest segmented support tubes are articulated or fixed with the seat tubes. At least two segmented support tubes on each side of the backrest frame are connected by the elastic buffer connector 2. The elastic buffer connector 2 includes an elastic material frame 22, as well as an upper connector 21 and a lower connector 23 respectively fixed to two ends of the elastic material frame 22 by welding. The upper connector 21 and the lower connector 23 are fixed to the elastic material frame 22 by welding, thereby improving the overall strength and use stability of the elastic buffer connector 2. The upper connector 21 and an upper segmented support tube are connected to each other by sleeving, and the lower connector 23 and a lower segmented support tube are connected to each other by sleeving.
[0037] The chairs according to [Fig.l] and [Fig.3] each have two segmented support tubes, and the two upper left and right segmented support tubes are connected to form an inverted U-shaped upper backrest tube 1, and two lower segmented support tubes are lower backrest tubes 3. The armrest of the chair with armrests has one end connected to upper ends of the leg tubes 5, and the other end hinged or fixed with the lower connector 23. In other embodiments, when the lower connector 23 is short and the lower backrest tube 3 is long, the other end of the armrest can also be hinged or fixed directly with the lower backrest tube 3.
[0038] A sleeve structure of the elastic buffer connector 2 and the segmented support tubes includes the following two cases.
[0039] First case: The segmented support tube is provided with insertion holes, and the upper connector 21 and the lower connector 23 are respectively inserted into corresponding insertion holes and fit closely with the segmented support tube; or are fixed by bolts, rivets or pins. Of course, a hollow segmented support tube can also be directly selected, with the upper connector 21 or the lower connector 23 then being inserted into the segmented support tube. In order to further improve the connection stability, the upper connector 21 and the lower connector 23 are further provided with a limiting convex ring abutting against an end portion of the segmented support tube.
[0040] Second case: The upper connector 21 and the lower connector 23 are provided with insertion holes, and the segmented support tube is inserted into corresponding insertion holes and fits tightly with the upper connector 21 or the lower connector 23; or is fixed by bolts, rivets or pins. Of course, it is also possible to directly design the upper connector 21 and the lower connector 23 as hollow tubes, with the segmented support tubes then being inserted into the upper connector 21 and the lower connector 23. In order to further improve the connection strength and stability, the segmented support tube is further provided with a limiting convex ring abutting an end portion of the upper connector 21 or the lower connector 23.
[0041] The upper connector 21 or the lower connector 23 and the segmented support tube are fixed by bolts, which can facilitate the maintenance and replacement of the elastic buffer connector 2 as well as the assembly and disassembly, and also allows the colors, shapes and materials (e.g., iron tube or aluminum tube) of the elastic buffer connectors 2 and the segmented support tubes to be customized, to meet the requirements of different usage scenarios and appearance customization.
[0042] The elastic material frame is made of metal, plastic, or other elastic materials. The elastic material frame 22 has an inner extension portion. The inner extension portions of the elastic material frames 22 located on two sides of the backrest frame are provided to extend toward each other, and end portions of the inner extension portions of the elastic material frames 22 away from the segmented support tubes are bent backward, wherein one side of a chair back in contact with a human body is defined herein as a front, and the other side of the chair back is defined as a rear, and after the end portions of the inner extension portions of the elastic material frames 22 are bent backward, a gap is left between the end portions and the chair back, thereby preventing people from butting against the chair back and experiencing discomfort..
[0043] As shown in [Fig.2], the inner extension portion of the elastic material frame 22 is formed into an "L" shape by bending round steel. As shown in [Fig.4], the inner extension portion of the elastic material frame 22 is formed into a "U" or inverted "U" shape by bending round steel.
[0044] In the present invention, the backrest has multiple sections, and the upper backrest tube and the disconnected lower backrest tubes are combined by round steel in a "flexible" manner, so as to accomplish an elastic buffer function at the time when people's back rests against the chair backrest during use, thereby improving the comfort of the outdoor chair backrest.
[0045] In the description of the present specification, the description referring to terms such as "an embodiment", "some embodiments", "example", "specific example" or "some examples" means that specific features, structures, materials or traits described in conjunction with this embodiment or example are included in at least one embodiment or example of the present invention. In the present specification, the indicative expressions of the aforementioned terms do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example. Furthermore, the described specific features, structures, materials or traits may be combined in a suitable manner in one or more embodiments or examples.
[0046] Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are given by way of example and should not be construed as a limitation of the present invention. Those skilled in the art could make changes, modifications, substitutions and variations to the above embodiments within the scope of the present invention without departing from the principle and objects of the present invention. Any simple modification, any equivalent modification and any modification of the The above-mentioned embodiments in accordance with the technical essence of the present invention remain within the scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
