Aircraft door installation method with advance determination of adjustment values ​​and optimization of door position

Abstract

A method for installing an aircraft door (2) positioned and connected to a door frame (1e) by a door arm (3), the latter being equipped with position-adjustable interfaces distributed into driving elements (4) and following elements (5), the installation of the door proceeding according to the following steps: - independently measure the geometric data of the door (2) and the door frame (1e); - digitally model the door (2) and its door frame (1e); - determine adjustment values ​​for the driving elements (4); - conform adjustment values ​​for the following elements (5); and - install the door (2) in its door frame (1e) by mounting the door (2) and applying the adjustment values ​​to the adjustable interfaces.
