Description

Title of the invention: Protein drink dispenser Technical field

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of dispensing instant drinks, and more particularly to the dispensing of instant drinks based on a powder and a liquid. It finds a particularly advantageous application in the field of dispensing sports drinks such as protein drinks, for example in sports halls, fitness centers, wellness and fitness centers, or during sporting events or trade fairs. STATE OF THE ART

[0002] The rise of sports practice is increasingly accompanied by a search for nutrition adapted to personal sporting objectives. Many fitness and bodybuilding practitioners include in their diet food supplements intended to improve their performance, promote their recovery and the reconstruction of muscle tissue or even to strengthen and develop muscle mass. One of the simplest and most popular ways to integrate these supplements into the diet is to drink protein drinks, often welcome after sporting efforts.

[0003] However, it has become apparent that making these drinks is not always easy for the user, whether in terms of financial cost, preparation time or storage space, particularly when they are in a gym, since they must have anticipated their need or desire, brought the necessary ingredients with them and found a free space to carry out the required manipulations. For this reason, some gyms have chosen to place self-service protein drink dispensers in their premises.

[0004] These dispensers effectively allow gym customers to obtain protein drinks as they wish, without requiring a large logistical organization on their part.

[0005] However, it has become apparent that current vending machines have many defects that are detrimental to both customers and gyms. These vending machines incorporate a network of pipes through which a liquid (e.g. water) and powders flow. The liquid and powder are mixed together before the drink is dispensed to the consumer.

[0006] However, the mixing occurring between the liquid and the powder in this network of pipes is problematic for many reasons. First of all, it can create lumps that can stagnate in the pipes or even block them, which causes both bad odors, bacterial growth and technical problems with the dispenser. The dispenser must therefore be maintained very regularly, which is costly both in terms of labor and lost revenue due to the downtime of the dispenser.

[0007] Furthermore, because the different pipes are in communication to ensure mixing, it is impossible to offer options for products guaranteed to be vegan and / or gluten-free, since the ingredients at the base of these products are in contact with non-vegan ingredients or those containing gluten. The technical constraints imposed in existing distributors therefore prevent some customers from being satisfied.

[0008] Finally, mixing the liquid and powder in such a network of pipes requires that the powder has adequate physical properties (particle size, flow properties, etc.), which restricts the range of powders that can be offered in existing dispensers.

[0009] An objective of the present invention is to provide a solution aimed at solving at least some of the problems set out above. SUMMARY

[0010] To achieve this objective, a first aspect of the invention relates to a dispenser for instant drinks based on a liquid and a powder, preferably a protein powder, comprising: a. At least one first conduit intended to convey a liquid, b. At least one reservoir intended to receive a powder, the at least one reservoir and the first conduit being physically isolated from each other, the at least one reservoir having an outlet opening through which, when the reservoir contains powder, at least part of it can fall by gravity, c. A positioning system intended to receive a container and capable of positioning the container in at least: i. a first position in which the device can introduce into the container liquid conveyed by the first conduit, ii. a second position in which the device can introduce into the container powder falling from the at least one reservoir, iii. a retrieval position, in which a user can retrieve the container,

[0011] The dispenser is configured to position the container successively in one of at least one first or second position, then the other of at least one first or second position, then in the recovery position.

[0012] A second aspect of the invention relates to a method for manufacturing an instant powder-based drink, preferably based on protein powder, comprising the following steps: a. position the container successively in: i. one of at least one first or one second position, then ii. the other of at least one first or one second position, then iii. in the retrieval position, b. manually retrieving the container by a user, c. manually shaking the container by the user so as to mix the liquid and the powder.

[0013] Thus, in the dispenser according to the invention, the powder and the liquid only come into contact once they are both dispensed into the container. The fact that the first conduit and the at least one reservoir are physically isolated makes it possible to avoid both any formation of lumps within the dispenser and any contamination between ingredients, in the typical case where several reservoirs of different powders are integrated.

[0014] By eliminating all contact between the powder and the liquid, the microbial development that often occurs when these elements mix and stagnate together in the pipes of prior art dispensers is also reduced.

[0015] Generally speaking, the separation of the first conduit and the powder reservoir allows for a simplification of maintenance and a reduction in its frequency.

[0016] Furthermore, it is much easier to offer powders of different types according to the principle of the invention. It is sufficient to integrate as many reservoirs as there are types of powder. No contamination between powders is possible.

[0017] In the context of the development of the present invention, it was envisaged to provide stirring means configured to stir the powder and the liquid after their introduction into the container. In practice, and after numerous tests, it turned out that this solution has many drawbacks. In particular, it generates numerous splashes inside the dispenser. Furthermore, the stirring means must be carefully washed after each use, this to avoid contamination of the next drink, as well as to avoid the accumulation of bacteria on the stirring means. Such cleaning is also required when the dispenser offers the possibility of introducing flavorings into the drinks, to prevent the flavoring of the previously dispensed drink from being transmitted to the drink being dispensed. In the context of the development of the present invention, solutions have been envisaged for carrying out rinsing of the stirring means and others. Solutions have been considered to reduce the spread of splashes. These solutions have not proven to be truly satisfactory in terms of maintenance and quality of the drinks prepared. Furthermore, they lead to a significant increase in the complexity of the drink preparation system.

[0018] The instant beverage dispenser described above was finally developed. This dispenser can also be described as a device for manufacturing a powder-based instant beverage composition. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

[0019] The aims, objects, as well as the characteristics and advantages of the invention will emerge more clearly from the detailed description of an embodiment thereof which is illustrated by the following accompanying drawings in which:

[0020] [Fig. 1] [Fig. 1] shows a perspective view of the dispenser when the dispenser door is closed.

[0021] [Fig.2A][Fig.2B] Figures 2A and 2B show a perspective view of the dispenser when the dispenser door is open. [Fig.2A] illustrates in particular the retractable tray in its retracted position, while [Fig.2B] illustrates it in its extended position.

[0022] The drawings are given as examples and are not limiting of the invention. They constitute schematic representations of principle intended to facilitate the understanding of the invention and are not necessarily to the scale of practical applications. In particular, the dimensions are not representative of reality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0023] Before beginning a detailed review of embodiments of the invention, optional features which may possibly be used in combination or alternatively are set out below:

[0024] According to a preferred embodiment, the dispenser does not comprise means for mixing the powder with the liquid in the container. In particular, the dispenser does not comprise means configured to agitate or mix the powder and the liquid inside the dispenser, more precisely inside an enclosure of the dispenser. Thus, when the container reaches the recovery position, it has an inhomogeneous consistency. According to one example, it has at least two phases, one of which is essentially liquid and another of which is essentially in powder form.

[0025] More specifically, the dispenser does not include a movable member configured to agitate the powder and the liquid inside the container.

[0026] Furthermore, the dispenser does not comprise means, for example fluidic means or at least one movable member configured to mix the powder and the liquid before their introduction inside the container.

[0027] According to an advantageous example, the dispenser further comprises a retractable tray capable of being positioned in a deployed position in which it is located under the outlet opening of the at least one reservoir, and in a retracted position in which it is set back relative to the outlet opening of the at least one reservoir.

[0028] According to an advantageous example, the dispenser further comprises a first chamber communicating with the exterior of the dispenser, and when the container is in the recovery position, it is in the first chamber.

[0029] According to an advantageous example, the dispenser comprises a second chamber and a second conduit intended to convey a liquid to a container placed in the second chamber.

[0030] According to an advantageous example, the dispenser further comprises means for detecting the presence or absence of a cap covering the container received by the positioning system.

[0031] According to an advantageous example, the dispenser further comprises blocking means, the blocking means being capable of cooperating with the detection means so that, as long as the detection means detect the presence of a cap covering the container received by the positioning system, the blocking means prevent the liquid from exiting through the first conduit and / or prevent powder from exiting through the outlet opening of the at least one reservoir.

[0032] Thus, according to one example, the opening of the at least one first conduit is controlled by the means for detecting the presence of a blockage.

[0033] Alternatively or cumulatively, according to one example, the opening of the at least one reservoir is controlled by the means for detecting the presence of a cap.

[0034] According to an advantageous example, the dispenser further comprises a display system, the display system being capable of cooperating with the detection means so that when the detection means detect the presence of a cap covering the container received by the positioning system, the display system displays an error message.

[0035] According to an advantageous example, the dispenser comprises a container depositing area, configured to allow a user to deposit said container for the preparation of the instant drink, the depositing area preferably being coincident with the recovery position, the detection means being configured so as to detect the presence of a cap on the container when the container is positioned in the depositing area. This avoids starting a preparation cycle if the container is closed.

[0036] According to an advantageous example, the dispenser further comprises at least one aroma injection system communicating with the first conduit.

[0037] According to an advantageous example, the positioning system and the at least one reservoir are arranged in a cabinet, the dispenser further comprising a user interface, the user interface being able to receive a command to dispense a cleaning dose of the liquid, the dispenser being able, following receipt by the user interface of said command, to cause the dispensing of a cleaning dose of the liquid into the container, the dispenser further comprising a system for discharging liquid outside said cabinet.

[0038] According to one example, the evacuation system is carried by said cabinet.

[0039] According to an advantageous example, the dispenser further comprises an automatic rinsing system configured to, when a force is applied to said rinsing system, deliver a jet of liquid.

[0040] According to an advantageous example, the automatic rinsing system is arranged in the second chamber.

[0041] According to an advantageous example, the dispenser further comprises at least one container and means for dispensing this container, the dispensing means being capable of placing the container on the positioning system.

[0042] According to an advantageous example, the dispenser further comprises second means for detecting the presence or absence of a container in the deposit zone.

[0043] According to an advantageous example, the dispenser further comprises a display system, the display system being capable of cooperating with the second detection means so that when no container is detected in the deposit zone by the second detection means, the display system displays an error message.

[0044] According to an advantageous example, the dispenser further comprises second blocking means, possibly identical to the blocking means, the second blocking means being able to cooperate with the second detection means so that, as long as the second detection means do not detect a container in the depositing zone, the second blocking means prevent the positioning system from emitting the liquid through the first conduit and / or prevent the powder from emitting through the outlet opening of the at least one reservoir.

[0045] Advantageously, the dispenser comprises a secondary door for closing the first chamber. According to an advantageous embodiment combined or separate from the previous example, the dispenser further comprises second blocking means, possibly identical to the blocking means, the second blocking means being able to cooperate with the second detection means so that, as long as the second detection means do not detect a container in the depositing zone, the second blocking means prevent the closing of the secondary door.

[0046] According to an advantageous example, the dispenser further comprises third means for detecting the level of powder in the at least one reservoir. Advantageously, the third detection means are capable of cooperating with the display system so that, when the powder reservoir is empty, the display system displays an error message.

[0047] According to an advantageous example, the dispenser further comprises at least one container, the dispenser being configured so that when the container reaches the recovery position, it has an inhomogeneous consistency with at least two distinct phases, a first phase of which is essentially liquid and a second phase of which is essentially in powder form.

[0048] According to an advantageous example, the dispenser comprises a payment system, comprising a communication module with a connected object worn by the user and configured to establish with the connected object a communication relating to the payment of the instant drink, the device being configured to authorize the preparation of the instant drink if the outcome of the communication is favorable.

[0049] Communication is favorable for example if the payment device has successfully debited an account associated with the user. The account is for example a bank account or an account managed by the manager of the device or a structure, such as a gym, hosting the device.

[0050] According to one example, the object worn by the user is taken from among: a connected bracelet, a user terminal such as a telephone or a smart watch, a payment card. The payment card can be a bank card or a membership card associated with the gym in which the distributor is installed. The object worn by the user can also be a quick response code, commonly referred to as a “QR code”, from the English “quick response code”.

[0051] According to an advantageous embodiment of the method according to the invention, in the recovery position, the liquid and the powder contained in the container form at least two distinct phases, of which a first phase is essentially liquid and a second phase is essentially in powder form.

[0052] According to an advantageous embodiment of the method according to the invention, the latter does not include any step of mixing or stirring the liquid and the powder before said step of manual stirring by the user.

[0053] The powders referred to in the present application may be of different types. Generally, these powders may comprise food supplements. In particular, they may be protein powders. The powders may comprise both animal and vegetable proteins. For example, the protein powders may comprise the following proteins: whey proteins, creatine, casein, ovalbumin...

[0054] Generally speaking, the powders may comprise amino acids. These may in particular be: i. Branched-chain amino acids, commonly referred to as "Branched-Chain Amino Acids" or "BCAAs." These branched-chain amino acids include leucine, valine, and isoleucine. ii. Essential amino acids, commonly referred to as “Essential Amino Acid” or “EAA”. These essential amino acids include leucine, valine and isoleucine, lysine, histidine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, methionine and threonine.

[0055] Other amino acids are possible: citrulline, tyrosine, etc.

[0056] In the present application, protein powder is understood to mean a powder whose protein content by mass is greater than or equal to 15%. Thus, for 100g of powder, the powder comprises at least 15 grams of protein.

[0057] The distributor 1 according to the invention will now be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.

[0058] The dispenser 1 according to the invention typically comprises a cabinet 2 in which most or all of the elements described below are integrated. This cabinet 2 typically comprises a door 3 which, when open, can provide access to the interior of the cabinet 2 (Figures 2A and 2B). The door 3 is preferably lockable to the rest of the cabinet 2 in order to restrict access to authorized persons (person responsible for maintenance and / or replenishment of powders in the dispenser, manager of the gym, etc.).

[0059] The cabinet 2 can be mounted on casters to facilitate its movement during installation, maintenance or a possible change of position within a sports hall.

[0060] The door 3 preferably incorporates at least a first chamber 10 capable of receiving a container 100 and possibly a second chamber 10' capable of also receiving a container 100. The first chamber 10 is intended for the distribution of instant drinks based on a liquid and a powder, while the second chamber 10' is intended for the distribution of drinks based on a liquid and not comprising powder.

[0061] Each of these chambers 10, 10' communicates with the exterior of the machine so that a user can manually retrieve a container 100 located in each of said chambers, and possibly place a container 100 in each of said chambers.

[0062] The first chamber 10 communicates with the interior of the cabinet 2. It thus has a through opening in a direction perpendicular to the main face from gate 3.

[0063] Preferably, the second chamber 10' does not communicate with the interior of the cabinet 2. This makes it possible to physically isolate the second chamber 10' from the interior of the cabinet 2 within which traces of powder may be present.

[0064] Door 3 can further integrate: a. A user interface, typically comprising a display system 31. The display system 31 is typically a digital display screen and preferably a touch screen. b. A payment terminal 32, preferably electronic, and / or a communication module 33 with a connected object 34 carried by the user.

[0065] It is understood, however, that the rooms 10, 10', the display system 31, the payment terminal 32 and / or the communication module 33 can each or all be positioned at an area of the cabinet 2 separate from the door 3.

[0066] The cabinet 2 integrates a positioning system 20 preferably comprising at least one lateral positioning system 21, one transverse positioning system 22 and one tray 23. The lateral positioning system 21 and the transverse positioning system 22 each comprise at least: a. A rail 211, 221, b. A slide 212, 222 capable of sliding in said rail, c. A motor for moving the slide in the rail (not shown).

[0067] In the reference illustrated in the figures, the rail 211 of the lateral positioning system 21 allows a movement of the slide 212 of this same system in the X direction, while the rail 221 of the transverse positioning system 22 allows a movement of the slide 222 of this same system in the Y direction.

[0068] Preferably, the transverse positioning system 22 is integral with the slide 212 of the lateral positioning system 21 so that a translation of this slide 212 in the direction X causes the same translation of the transverse positioning system 22 in the direction X.

[0069] The tray 23 is intended to receive a container 100. The tray 23 is integral with the slide 222 of the transverse positioning system 22 so that a translation of this slide 222 in the Y direction causes the same translation of the tray 23 in the Y direction.

[0070] Thus, the positioning system 20 makes it possible to position the tray 23, and therefore a container 100 received by this tray, in the XY plane.

[0071] Advantageously, the positioning system 20 further comprises a clamp 24 secured to the slide 222 of the transverse positioning system 22 and configured to hold the container 100 in place, particularly during movements of the positioning system 20.

[0072] It is understood that the positioning system may take other forms than the example described above.

[0073] The positioning system 20 may also comprise a detection system (not shown), typically infrared, configured to detect information on the position of the container 100, and configured to communicate this information to a management system of the dispenser. The information on the position of the container 100 may for example comprise information on the position of at least one of the slide 211 of the lateral positioning system 21, the slide 221 of the transverse positioning system 22 and the tray 23.

[0074] The cabinet 2 also comprises at least one first conduit 51 for conveying a liquid, typically water. This first conduit 51 communicates with a liquid inlet (not shown, preferably a water inlet), typically outside the cabinet 2. It has an end located inside the cabinet 2 and through which the liquid can flow. As will be described further below, the first conduit 51 is intended to convey the liquid into a container 100 received by the tray 23.

[0075] The cabinet 2 may also comprise a second conduit 52 for conveying a liquid such as water. This second conduit 52 also communicates with a water inlet, typically the same as the first conduit 51. The first and second conduits 51, 52 may be partially merged. The second conduit 52 has one end located in the second chamber 10'. Indeed, as will be described later, the second conduit 52 is intended to convey the liquid into a container 100 located in the second chamber 10'.

[0076] The distributor 1 advantageously comprises a filter 53 capable of filtering the liquid between the liquid inlet and the first and second conduits 51, 52.

[0077] Furthermore, the dispenser 1 may also comprise one or more flavor injectors communicating with the first conduit 51 and / or the second conduit 52. These flavor injectors are configured to distribute flavors in the conduits 51, 52 intended to flavor the instant drinks dispensed. The activation of the flavor injectors is typically controlled by a command from the user at the display system 31.

[0078] The dispenser 1 further comprises in the cabinet 2 at least one reservoir 40 intended to accommodate a powder, preferably a protein powder. Typically, the dispenser 1 comprises a plurality of reservoirs 40 separated from one another, each of which may comprise a powder of a different type. These may for example be powders having distinct protein dosages, and / or comprising distinct proteins and / or containing distinct flavors and / or presenting distinct characteristics such as gluten-free powders or vegan powders.

[0079] The different reservoirs 40 are typically arranged next to each other in the X direction.

[0080] The reservoirs 40 are all physically separated from the liquid inlet conduits. In particular, no liquid is conveyed through the conduits into the reservoirs 40.

[0081] Each of the reservoirs 40 comprises an outlet opening 41 which can be placed in a closed state in which it is blocked or obstructed, or in an open state in which it is not, and therefore communicates with the outside of the reservoir 40. The outlet opening 41 is furthermore placed so that when it is in the open state, and when the reservoir 40 contains powder, at least part of this powder falls by gravity from the reservoir 40 through the outlet opening 4L. Thus, the distribution of powder from a reservoir 40 is done by simply changing from the closed state to the open state of its outlet opening 41 and by the effect of gravity.

[0082] Advantageously, the outlet openings 41 of the different reservoirs 40 can be switched from the closed state to the open state, and vice versa, independently of each other.

[0083] The positioning system 20 described above is configured to be able to position the container 100 that it receives in at least the following positions:

[0084] A first position in which the device 1 can introduce liquid conveyed by the first conduit 51. In this first position, the container 100 is typically located under the end of the first conduit 51 in the direction Z. a. A second position in which the device 1 can introduce into the container 100 powder falling from the at least one reservoir 4. b. A retrieval position Po in which a user can retrieve the container. The retrieval position Po is accessible from outside the cabinet 2, or is located outside the cabinet 2. The retrieval position Pose is typically located inside the first chamber 10.

[0085] The positioning system 20 typically recovers the container 100 at a deposit zone, preferably coincident with the recovery position Po. Advantageously, the deposit zone is defined by the plate 23 temporarily forming the bottom of the first chamber 10.

[0086] The dispenser 1 is configured to position the container 100 in the first and second positions, then in the recovery position Po. When the container 100 is in the first position, the dispenser is configured to cause liquid to flow through the first conduit 51 so as to partially fill the container 100 with liquid. When the container is in the second position, the dispenser is configured to switch the outlet opening 41 of the reservoir(s) 40 from the closed state to the open state, so as to cause powder to fall from the reservoir 40 into the container 100.

[0087] The dispenser 1 performs these actions when a user has ordered a drink comprising powder at the user interface.

[0088] The dispenser can either place the container first in the first position, then in the second position, or vice versa. However, it is preferred that the liquid is dispensed before the powder is dispensed. Indeed, by dropping the powder onto the liquid rather than vice versa, the risk of droplets of liquid and powder mixture being projected into the dispenser 1 is reduced.

[0089] When a user has ordered a drink not comprising powder via the user interface, the dispenser 1 is configured to cause the liquid to be delivered via the second conduit 52.

[0090] Thus, depending on the user's wishes, the dispenser can provide him with a powder-based drink, or a simpler, powder-free drink, typically water, possibly flavored.

[0091] The separation of the elements used for dispensing the liquid (first and second conduits 51, 52) and the elements used for dispensing the powder (reservoirs 40) makes it possible to offer this powder-free drink option, which was impossible in prior art dispensers, in which liquid and powder were systematically mixed within the dispenser pipes.

[0092] According to one example, the opening of the at least one first conduit is controlled by the information on the position of the container 100. Alternatively or cumulatively, according to one example, the transition to the open state of the outlet opening of the at least one reservoir 40 is controlled by the information on the position of the container 100.

[0093] According to a preferred embodiment, the dispenser 1 further comprises a retractable tray 60 which can be placed in at least two different positions: a. A deployed position in which it is located under the outlet opening 41 of the reservoir 40 (or the outlet openings 41 of the reservoirs 40) along Z, and b. A retracted position in which it is set back relative to the outlet opening 41 of the reservoir 40 (or the outlet openings of the reservoirs 40).

[0094] In the deployed position, illustrated in [Fig.2A], the retractable tray 60 collects any powder residue that might fall from the outlet openings 41 of the reservoirs 40 unintentionally. In this position, the retractable tray 60 is not necessarily in contact with the outlet openings 41 of the reservoirs 40. The important thing is that it is located at least partially under these outlet openings 41 in the Z direction, since the powder that risks escaping from the reservoirs 40 will fall mainly along Z under the effect of gravity.

[0095] In the retracted position, illustrated in [Fig.2B], the retractable tray 60 does not hinder the fall by gravity of the powder contained in the reservoirs 40.

[0096] Preferably, the passage of the retractable tray 60 from the retracted position to the deployed position, and vice versa, is done by translation of said retractable tray 60 in the direction Y.

[0097] The dispenser 1 typically comprises a slide 61 in which the retractable tray 60 can slide. The travel of the retractable tray 60 in the slide 61 preferably corresponds to its passage from the deployed position to the retracted position, and vice versa (see the passage from [Fig.2A] to [Fig.2B], and vice versa).

[0098] The dispenser 1 also typically comprises a retractable tray motor (not shown) capable of moving the retractable tray 60 from the retracted position to the deployed position, and vice versa.

[0099] Advantageously, the position of the retractable tray 60 is controlled by a beverage order made by a user at the user interface. Typically, when a user orders a beverage, the retractable tray 60 moves from the deployed position to the retracted position. When a beverage has just been dispensed, the retractable tray 60 moves from the retracted position to the deployed position.

[0100] The dispenser 1 may also comprise a reserve of containers (not shown) comprising at least one container 100. This reserve of containers is used in particular in the event that a user does not have their own container to hold the instant drink.

[0101] In this example, the dispenser further comprises distribution means capable of moving a container 100 from the reserve of containers to the positioning system 20, preferably on the tray 23.

[0102] The movement by the dispensing means of a container 100 from the container reserve 100 to the positioning system 20 may be triggered by the management system in response to the detection of a container dispensing command at the user interface.

[0103] When the dispenser 1 comprises a reserve of containers and means for dispensing the containers, it then preferably contains a reserve of caps comprising at least one cap configured to be able to cover the opening of a container 100. When the user orders a drink with dispensing of a container, the dispenser 1 is then preferably configured to also dispense a cap. The dispensing of a cap to the user can take place in the first chamber 10 or in another chamber (not shown) for example arranged in the door 3.

[0104] When the dispenser 1 comprises a reserve of containers and means for dispensing the containers, it then preferably contains a reserve of homogenizing members. A homogenizing member is defined as an element which, when placed in the container 100 with the liquid and the powder and the user shakes the container 100, makes it possible to reduce the quantity of lumps in the drink and thus to homogenize the mixture of liquid and powder. When the user orders a drink with dispensing from a container, the dispenser 1 is then preferably configured to also dispense such a member. A homogenizing member can for example take the following forms: a. A shaking ball intended to be placed freely within the container 100. It may have a spherical spiral shape. b. A filter intended to be fixed to the side wall of the container 100. It may be a honeycomb or alveolar filter, or a filter having a spiral shape.

[0105] Whatever its form, the homogenizing member may in particular be made of stainless steel.

[0106] The distribution of a homogenizing member to the user can take place in the first chamber 10 or in another chamber (not shown) for example arranged in the door 3.

[0107] The dispenser 1 may further comprise means for cleaning the container 100 in order to allow the user to clean his container 100 on site.

[0108] According to a first example of this cleaning functionality, the dispenser 1 may in particular offer the user the possibility of having liquid, typically water, dispensed into the container 100 in a quantity suitable for cleaning said container 100. Such a quantity may for example be 20 cl (1 cl = 102 liters). The dispensing of this quantity of liquid, called the cleaning dose, is preferably carried out at the level of the second chamber 10', as when ordering a powder-free drink. The dispensing of this dose of cleaning water may also be carried out by a third conduit (not shown) communicating with the liquid inlet and opening outside the cabinet 2. This third conduit then forms part of the cleaning means.

[0109] Advantageously, the cleaning means also comprise a discharge system into which the cleaning dose can be poured once the container 100 has been cleaned by the user.

[0110] The evacuation system is typically located outside the cabinet 2. It is preferably carried by the cabinet 2. It can for example be located on a section of the cabinet 2 close to the door 3. The same applies to the end of the third conduit.

[0111] Thus, the cleaning of the container 100 can take place in the following manner: a. User control of a cleaning dose at the user interface, b. Dispensing a cleaning dose into the container 100 through the second conduit 52 or the third conduit, c. Manual shaking of the container 100 by the user, d. Preferably: pouring the cleaning dose into the drainage system.

[0112] According to a second example of the cleaning functionality, the cleaning means comprise an automatic rinsing system for the container 100. This system is configured so that when the user places the opening of the container opposite said system and presses via the container 100 on said system, the system delivers a jet of liquid, typically water, inside the container. This jet of water makes it possible to rinse the inside of the container 100 without the user having to shake the container 100 himself. A discharge system is then provided under the automatic rinsing system to discharge the rinsing water flowing from the container 100. According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, the rinsing system is integrated into the second chamber 10'.Thus, to be delivered a powder-free drink, the user places the container in the second chamber 10', above the rinsing system, with the opening facing upwards, and to rinse his container, he places it in the same place but this time with the opening facing downwards and applies pressure to the container 100. This embodiment allows a significant saving of space within the dispenser 1. .

[0113] The two examples described above can be implemented alternatively or in combination.

[0114] Regardless of the example chosen for the cleaning functionality of the dispenser, the cleaning means allow the user to clean the container 100 within the structure in which the dispenser is installed, typically a sports hall. This avoids the user having to clean the container 100 at home, at the risk of forgetting it the next time they come. The user can thus leave the clean container in a personal locker within the sports hall, or in their vehicle or sports bag.

[0115] By reducing the risk of forgetting the container 100, the cleaning means make it possible to limit the consumption of containers 100 and thus have a positive ecological impact.

[0116] The invention is not limited to the embodiments previously described and extends to all embodiments covered by the invention.
