Method for correcting and device for correcting a digital image

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a device for correcting a digital image. The correction method is intended to correct a digital image, composed of a first and a second part, said parts being linked by a symmetry relationship. The correction method implements a first step of assigning a corrective factor to a first pixel composing the first part of the digital image. The correction method is remarkable in that it implements a second step of assigning the corrective factor to a second pixel of the digital image, and in that the second pixel corresponds to a transformation of the first pixel, according to the symmetry relationship linking the first part to the second part of the digital image.
