Abstract
The invention relates to a method for controlling a vehicle display device. A first graphical interface (200) is displayed on the display device in a first display mode, in which information relating to at least one vehicle function is displayed in at least one display area. Upon detection (201) of a first user input during the display of the first graphical interface, if the first user input corresponds to at least one predefined command, a second graphical interface (202) is displayed on the display device, according to a second display mode, in which, in at least one display area designated as deactivated, the information displayed for a given function in the first display mode is suppressed, while the execution of the given function is maintained.
