Abstract
The invention relates to a tricycle motor vehicle structure (1) (2) comprising two lower side members (3) extending along a longitudinal axis (AL) between a front end (4) and a rear end (5), the structure (1) comprising two intermediate side members (6) extending between a first (7) and a second (8) end, each intermediate side member (6), the structure (1) having a protected element (10) disposed between the front end (4) and the first end (7), at a distance from the first end (7) to form a protective space (11), each intermediate side member (6) being connected to a lower side member (3) by at least one diagonal support (14), inclined with respect to the longitudinal axis (AL), from the lower side member (3) towards the intermediate side member (6) at the rear end (5), in order to limit the intrusion of the first end (7) into the protective space (11) in the event of a rear impact.
