AI Technical Summary
Existing electromechanical actuators for blackout devices suffer from noise due to vibrations generated by separate housings for first and second clutches, leading to inaccurate positioning and increased manufacturing complexity and cost.
The solution involves integrating the first and second clutches within a common housing, which enhances rigidity, reduces vibrations, and ensures accurate positioning, thereby minimizing noise and simplifying assembly.
This design effectively reduces noise levels, ensures precise clutch positioning, and facilitates easier assembly, addressing the issues of vibration and complexity in existing actuators.
Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Electromechanical actuator for a shading device and shading device comprising such an electromechanical actuator
[0001] The present invention relates to an electromechanical actuator for a blackout device, in other words an electromechanical actuator of a blackout device.
[0002] The present invention also relates to a blackout device comprising a screen driven in movement by such an electromechanical actuator.
[0003] In general, the present invention relates to the field of blackout devices comprising a motorized drive device moving a screen, between at least a first position and at least a second position and between at least a third position and at least a fourth position.
[0004] More particularly, the present invention relates to the field of shading devices comprising at least one screen, a first movable bar, a second movable bar, and a motorized drive device. In an assembled configuration of the shading device, the first movable bar is positioned between the upper part of a window or door and the second movable bar. The second movable bar is positioned between the first movable bar and a lower part of the window or door. The screen is positioned between the first and second movable bars. The screen is configured to be driven by the motorized drive device. The motorized drive device sets in motion, on the one hand, the first movable bar connected to the screen, between at least a first position and at least a second position, and, on the other hand, the second movable bar connected to the screen, between at least a third position and at least a fourth position.
[0005] A motorized drive device includes an electromechanical actuator of a movable shading or sun protection element, such as a blind or any other equivalent material, hereinafter referred to as a screen.
[0006] Document WO 2024 / 235942 A1, which describes an electromechanical actuator for a blinding device, is already known. The electromechanical actuator comprises an electric motor, a first coupling element, a second coupling element, a first clutch, a second clutch, and two housings. The first clutch is engaged or disengaged so as to lock or unlock, at least rotationally, the first coupling element with respect to the electric motor. The second clutch is engaged or disengaged so as to To lock or unlock, at least in rotation, the second coupling element relative to the electric motor. This electromechanical actuator generally performs satisfactorily.
[0007] However, this electromechanical actuator has the disadvantage of comprising a first housing inside which the first clutch is housed and a second housing inside which the second clutch is housed.
[0008] Thus, the first and second housings receiving the first and second clutches respectively are distinct and separate.
[0009] In this way, the first and second clutches are free from each other and are not held together by a rigid common structure.
[0010] Consequently, during the operation of the electromechanical actuator and, in particular, during the electrical activation of the first and second clutches, vibrations are generated, which cause a high level of noise.
[0011] In addition, the separation of the first and second housings receiving the first and second clutches respectively generates an inaccuracy in the positioning of the first clutch relative to the second clutch, which may cause a transfer of magnetic flux between them when they are supplied with electrical energy.
[0012] Moreover, the assembly of the first and second housings receiving the first and second clutches respectively generates a complexity of operations to be carried out during the manufacture of the electromechanical actuator and consequently generates a high manufacturing cost.
[0013] The present invention aims to resolve the aforementioned drawbacks and to provide an electromechanical actuator for a shuttering device, as well as a shuttering device comprising such an electromechanical actuator, allowing the first and second clutches to be held by a rigid structure, so as to reduce vibrations generated during the operation of the electromechanical actuator and, consequently, its noise level, to guarantee the positioning of the first clutch relative to the second clutch, so as to avoid a transfer of magnetic flux between them, when they are supplied with electrical energy, and to facilitate the assembly of the electromechanical actuator.
[0014] In this regard, the present invention relates, according to a first aspect, to an electromechanical actuator for a blackout device,

The second part of the housing comprises at least one through hole. The first part of the housing comprises at least one screw shank. Furthermore, each screw-fastening element passes through one or more of the through holes and is screwed into one or more of the screw shanks.
[0028] According to another advantageous feature of the invention, the first part of the casing comprises a first junction zone and a second junction zone connecting the first barrel to the second barrel.
[0029] According to another advantageous feature of the invention, the first part of the casing includes a recess, the recess being provided between the first and second barrels.

[0031] According to another advantageous feature of the invention, each of the first and second barrels includes a shoulder, the first clutch being in contact with the shoulder of the first barrel and the second clutch being in contact with the shoulder of the second barrel.
[0032] According to another advantageous feature of the invention, the second part of the housing comprises at least one first stud and at least one second stud, the first stud or each first stud being in contact with the first barrel and the second stud or each second stud being in contact with the second barrel.
[0033] According to another advantageous feature of the invention, the electromechanical actuator further comprises a coupling device. The coupling device comprises at least one other housing. The first part of the housing further comprises at least one first fastening element and at least one second fastening element. The other housing comprises at least one first recess and at least one second recess. The first fastening element(s) is inserted into the first recess(s). Furthermore, the second fastening element(s) is inserted into the second recess(s).
[0034] According to a second aspect, the present invention relates to a blocking device,
[0035] the blocking device comprising at least:
[0036] - a screen, the screen comprising a first end and a second end, the the second end being opposite to the first end,
[0037] - a first movable bar, the first end of the screen being connected to the first movable bar,

[0046] - a third cord or a third chain,
[0047] - a fourth cord or a fourth chain,
[0048] - a first training arrangement, the first training arrangement being configured to cooperate with the first cord or the first chain,

[0070] Thus, the screen 2 is positioned, in other words is configured to be deployed, between the first and second movable bars 8a, 8b. Depending on the relative position of the first and second movable bars 8a, 8b, the screen 2 is more or less deployed.
[0071] Here, the second movable bar 8b is identical to the first movable bar 8a.
[0072] In an alternative, not shown, the second movable bar 8b is different from the first movable bar 8a.
[0073] Advantageously, the blackout device 3 includes a motorized drive device 5. The motorized drive device 5 is configured to drive, in other words, drives, the screen 2.
[0074] Advantageously, the occultation device 3 further comprises a housing 7.
[0075] Here, the motorized drive device 5 is mounted, in other words, is housed, in the housing 7, in particular in an assembled configuration of the occultation device 3.
[0076] More particularly, the housing 7 is mounted, in other words is configured to be mounted, in the upper part or above the opening, in particular in an assembled configuration of the shading device 3 in the installation 1. The housing 7 is generally called a rail and, more particularly, an upper rail.
[0077] Advantageously, the housing 7 comprises at least one lower wall 7a and two side walls 7b.
[0078] Here, each of the side walls 7b is connected to the lower wall 7a of the housing 7. In addition, each of the side walls 7b is perpendicular to the lower wall 7a of the housing 7.
[0079] In other words, the housing 7 has a "U" shaped section.
[0080] The housing 7 comprises a first end 7c and a second end 7d. The second end 7d is opposite the first end 7c.
[0081] The motorized drive device 5 includes at least one electromechanical actuator 11.

The upper limit position can be either predetermined or correspond to the first movable bar 8a being pressed against the housing 7. Furthermore, a lower limit position corresponds to a position in which the second movable bar 8b can no longer move downwards, particularly when moving away from the housing 7 or the first movable bar 8a. The lower limit position can be either predetermined or correspond to the first movable bar 8a being pressed against the housing 7. of the second mobile bar 8b against a threshold, not shown, of the opening, i.e. to correspond to the complete unfolding of screen 2.
[0085] Advantageously, the motorized drive device 5 further comprises a first drive shaft 9a and a second drive shaft 9b. The electromechanical actuator 11 is configured to drive the first drive shaft 9a in rotation, so as to move the first movable bar 8a. Furthermore, the electromechanical actuator 11 is configured to drive the second drive shaft 9b in rotation, so as to move the second movable bar 8b.
[0086] Advantageously, the first and second drive shafts 9a, 9b are parallel to each other.
[0087] Here, the first and second drive shafts 9a, 9b are located on the same side of the electromechanical actuator 11, as illustrated in [Fig.1].
[0088] Advantageously, the occultation device 3 further comprises a first cord 4a, a second cord 4b, a third cord 4c and a fourth cord 4d.

[0090] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 is configured to drive, in other words, to move, the first movable bar 8a by means of the first and second cords 4a, 4b. Furthermore, the electromechanical actuator 11 is configured to drive, in other words, to move, the second movable bar 8b by means of the third and fourth cords 4c, 4d.

Furthermore, when the first and second cords 4a, 4b are unwound by means of the first and second drive arrangements 6a, 6b, the first movable bar 8a is moved down away from the housing 7.
[0093] Furthermore, when the third and fourth cords 4c, 4d are wound by means of the third and fourth drive arrangements 6c, 6d, the second movable bar 8b is moved up towards the housing 7. Furthermore, when the third and fourth cords 4c, 4d are unwound by means of the third and fourth drive arrangements 6c, 6d, the second movable bar 8b is moved down away from the housing 7.

[0095] Thus, the first, second, third and fourth cords 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d connect the first and second drive shafts 9a, 9b to the first and second moving bars 8a, 8b.
[0096] In this way, the first, second, third and fourth cords 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d support the screen 2.
[0097] Here, the third and fourth training arrangements 6c, 6d are respectively identical to the first and second training arrangements 6a, 6b.
[0098] The first, second, third and fourth drive arrangements 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d can also be called first, second, third and fourth winders.
[0099] Advantageously, the first, second, third and fourth drive arrangements 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d each include at least one pulley configured to wind or unwind one of the first, second, third and fourth cords 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d.
[0100] Advantageously, the first, second, third and fourth drive arrangements 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d are mounted, in other words are housed, inside the casing 7, in particular in the assembled configuration of the occulting device 3.
[0101] The drive device 5 is thus configured to drive, in other words, to drive, in particular in a vertical direction, the first and second movable bars 8a, 8b of the occulting device 3, by via the first, second, third and fourth cords 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, by means of the electromechanical actuator 11.

Furthermore, the first and second drive shafts 9a, 9b are parallel to the first and second movable bars 8a, 8b, particularly in the assembled configuration of the occulting device 3.
[0103] In an alternative, not shown, the first drive shaft 9a is coupled to the second moving bar 8b and the second drive shaft 9b is coupled to the first moving bar 8a, instead of the first drive shaft 9a being coupled to the first moving bar 8a and the second drive shaft 9b being coupled to the second moving bar 8b, as explained above.
[0104] Advantageously, the motorized drive device 5 and, more particularly, the electromechanical actuator 11 is controlled by a control unit. The control unit can be, for example, a local control unit 12 or a central control unit 13.

The display elements may include light-emitting diodes and / or a display, for example LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) or TFT (Thin Film Transistor). The selection and display elements may also be implemented using a touchscreen.
[0130] Advantageously, the local control unit 12 and / or the central control unit 13 further comprises at least one second communication module 36.
[0131] Thus, the second communication module 36 is configured to transmit, in other words, sends out, control orders, in particular by wireless means, for example radioelectric, or by wired means.
[0132] In addition, the second communication module 36 can also be configured to receive, in other words receives, command orders, in particular through the same means.
[0133] Advantageously, the second communication module 36 of the local control unit 12 or of the central control unit 13 is configured to communicate, in other words communicates, with the first communication module 27 of the control unit 15.
[0134] Thus, the second communication module 36 of the local control unit 12 or of the central control unit 13 exchanges control orders with the first communication module 27 of the control unit 15, either unidirectionally or bidirectionally.
[0135] Advantageously, the local control unit 12 is a control point, which may be fixed or portable. A fixed control point may be a control box intended to be fixed to the facade of a building wall or to the face of a fixed window or door frame. [0136] Advantageously, the local control unit 12 or the central control unit 13 further includes a controller 35.
[0137] The motorized drive device 5, in particular the control unit 15, is preferably configured to execute command commands for the movement, in particular for retraction and deployment, of the screen 2. These command commands can be issued, in particular, by the local control unit 12 or by the central control unit 13.
[0138] The motorized drive device 5 can be controlled by the user, for example by receiving a command order corresponding to a press on the or one of the selection elements 14 of the local control unit 12 or of the central control unit 13.
[0139] Advantageously, installation 1 further comprises at least one sensor 40.

[0141] Advantageously, the sensor 40 includes at least one second communication module 36, such as that described with reference to the local control unit 12 or the central control unit 13. In addition, the second communication module 36 of the sensor 40 is configured to communicate, that is to say, communicates, with the first communication module 27 of the control unit 15.
[0142] Advantageously, the sensor 40 can be, for example, an illuminance sensor, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor or a wind sensor.
[0143] Thus, the motorized drive device 5 can also be controlled automatically by receiving a control order corresponding to at least one signal from the sensor 40.
[0144] In addition or alternatively, the motorized drive device 5 can also be controlled automatically by receiving a control command corresponding to at least one signal from a clock, not shown, of the control unit 15, in particular the microcontroller 31.
[0145] In addition or alternatively, the sensor 40 and / or the clock can be integrated into the local control unit 12 or the central control unit 13.
[0146] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises a housing 17, in particular of parallelepiped shape.
[0147] Advantageously, the electric motor 16 is mounted, in other words is housed, inside the casing 17, particularly in an assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0148] Advantageously, the housing 17 comprises a first end 17a and a second end 17b, the second end 17b being opposite the first end 17a.
[0149] The first end 17a of the housing 17 is oriented towards the side of the first end 1la of the electromechanical actuator 11, while the second end 17b of the housing 17 is oriented towards the side of the second end 11b of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0150] The viewing angles of figures 1 and 2 are opposite.
[0151] Here, the housing 17 is made of a plastic material.
[0152] The material of the housing is not limiting and may be different. In particular, it may be a metallic material.
[0153] Advantageously, the housing 17 comprises a base 17c and a cover 17d, which is shown only in [Fig. 1]. Furthermore, the cover 17d is fixed, or rather configured to be fixed, to the base 17c by means of fastening elements 42, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0154] Here, the fasteners 42 are fasteners, specifically five in number, of which only four are visible in Figures 2 and 3. The fasteners 42 pass through through holes, not shown, provided in the cover 17d and are screwed into screw holes 18 provided in the base 17c. The number of through holes and the number of screw holes are equal to the number of fasteners. Only three screw holes 18 are visible in Figures 2 and 3.
[0155] The type and number of fasteners are not limiting and may vary. They may be, for example, elastic snap-fit fasteners or a combination of different fasteners, including screw-fit and elastic snap-fit fasteners.
[0156] Here, the control unit 15 comprises a first electronic card 30a and a second electronic card 30b.
[0157] Advantageously, each of the first and second electronic boards 30a, 30b is mounted, in other words is housed, inside the casing 17, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0158] Advantageously, the first electronic board 30a is configured to control the electric motor 16. Furthermore, the second electronic board 30b is configured to, among other things, access parameter setting and / or configuration functions of the electromechanical actuator 11, by means of selection and, optionally, display devices, not shown. In addition, the second electronic board 30b is configured to allow the charging of a rechargeable battery 24.
[0159] Alternatively, not shown, the control unit 15 comprises a single electronic board. Advantageously, in this case, the single electronic board is mounted, that is to say, housed, inside the casing 17, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0160] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 is supplied with electrical energy by an electrical power supply source 29.
[0161] Advantageously, the electrical power supply source 29 is constituted by the battery 24.
[0162] Battery 24 is represented by its casing in [Fig.1], without details on its internal constituent elements.
[0163] Thus, the battery 24 is configured to supply electrical energy, in other words supplies electrical energy, to the electromechanical actuator 11 and, more particularly, to the electric motor 16, as well as to the control unit 15.
[0164] Advantageously, the battery 24 is mounted, in other words is housed, inside the casing 7, particularly in the assembled configuration of the occulting device 3. Furthermore, the battery 24 is disposed outside the casing 17, particularly in the assembled configuration of the occulting device 3.
[0165] Here, the motorized drive device 5 further includes the battery 24.
[0166] Alternatively, not shown, battery 24 is mounted, in other words is housed, in the housing 17, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11, which itself is mounted inside the housing 7, in particular in the assembled configuration of the occulting device 3.
[0167] In another variant, not shown, the battery 24 is mounted outside the housing 7, in particular in the assembled configuration of the blackout device 3. In this case, the battery 24 can be fixed against one of the side walls 7b of the housing 7, in particular by means of at least one fixing element, such as, for example, at least one retaining bracket, while being disposed outside the housing 7.
[0168] Advantageously, the battery 24 comprises one or more electrical energy storage elements, not shown. The electrical energy storage elements These can include, in particular, accumulators, in the case shown in the figures where the battery 24 is of the rechargeable type, or batteries, in the case not shown where the battery 24 is not rechargeable and where the second electronic board 30b is not used to recharge it.
[0169] Advantageously, the control unit 15 includes charging elements configured to charge the rechargeable battery 24 from electrical energy supplied by an external power source, not shown. The charging elements include, at least, an electrical connector, not shown. The external power source is configured to be electrically connected to the electrical connector via a power cable, not shown.
[0170] Advantageously, the external electrical power supply is a charger, which can be plugged into a wall outlet, so as to recharge the battery 24, from an electrical power supply network, in particular from the mains.
[0171] Alternatively, the external electrical power supply source can be an auxiliary battery or a photovoltaic panel.
[0172] Alternatively, and not shown, the electrical power supply 29 consists of an electrical power supply network, in particular mains power or "PoE" (acronym for Power over Ethernet), in other words, a power supply network via Ethernet cable. In this case, the motorized drive device 5 also includes a transformer, either in addition to or as a replacement for the battery 24.
[0173] Advantageously, the motorized drive device 5 further includes a power supply cable 37. In addition, the power supply cable 37 supplies electrical energy, in other words, is configured to supply electrical energy, to the electromechanical actuator 11 from the power supply source 29. In other words, the electromechanical actuator 11 is electrically connected to the power supply source 29 and, more particularly, to the battery 24 or the transformer, via the power supply cable 37.
[0174] Here, the power supply cable 37 includes an electrical connector 38, which is disposed at one of its ends, as illustrated in [Fig.1], to connect with an electrical connector 39 of the power supply source 29, in this case the battery 24.
[0175] In an alternative, not shown, the power supply cable 37 includes an electrical connector at each of its ends, on the one hand, for connecting with an electrical connector 39 of the power supply source 29 and, on the other hand, to connect with an electrical connector of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0176] In an alternative, not shown, the power supply cable 37 is a flounder, in other words a flat cable, provided with electrical connectors, in particular of the RJ45 type (acronym for the Anglo-Saxon term "Registered Jack"), in the case where the electromechanical actuator 11 is supplied with electrical energy from the battery 24 or, possibly, from an electrical power supply network called "PoE".
[0177] Alternatively, not shown, the power supply cable 37 is a cord, in the case where the electromechanical actuator 11 is supplied with electrical energy from a mains power supply network, which may have, for example, a supply voltage of 110 Volts or 230 Volts.
[0178] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 is located at the first end 7c of the housing 7. The battery 24 and / or the transformer is located at the second end 7d of the housing 7.
[0179] The electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises a first coupling element 20a, in other words a first output shaft, and a second coupling element 20b, in other words a second output shaft.
[0180] Thus, the electromechanical actuator 11 is a two-output electromechanical actuator.
[0181] Advantageously, the first and second coupling elements 20a, 20b are arranged at the first end 1la of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0182] Thus, the two outputs of the electromechanical actuator 11 are arranged on the same side of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular on the same side of the housing 17.
[0183] In addition, the first and second drive shafts 9a, 9b are arranged on the same side of the electromechanical actuator 11 as the first and second coupling elements 20a, 20b.
[0184] Advantageously, the first coupling element 20a is rotatable about a first axis of rotation Xa, illustrated in [Fig. 3], inside the housing 7. The second coupling element 20b is rotatable about a second axis of rotation Xb, illustrated in [Fig. 3], inside the housing 7. The first drive shaft 9a is fixed to the first coupling element 20a, which is rotatable about the first axis of rotation Xa, in particular at one end of the first coupling element 20a. Furthermore, the second drive shaft 9b is fixed to the second coupling element 20b, which is rotatable about the second axis of rotation Xb, in particular at one end of the second coupling element 20b.
[0185] Thus, the electric motor 16 is configured to drive in rotation, in other words drives in rotation, on the one hand, the first coupling element 20a, so as to drive in rotation the first drive shaft 9a, and, on the other hand, the second coupling element 20b, so as to drive in rotation the second drive shaft 9b.
[0186] Here, the first and second coupling elements 20a, 20b are arranged on the same side of the electric motor 16.
[0187] Here, the first and second coupling elements 20a, 20b are identical.
[0188] Advantageously, the first and second axes of rotation Xa, Xb are arranged in the same horizontal plane P, illustrated in [Fig.3]. In this case, the plane P is parallel to the lower wall 7a of the housing 7.
[0189] In an alternative, not shown, the first and second axes of rotation Xa, Xb are arranged in the same vertical plane. In this case, the plane is perpendicular to the lower wall 7a of the housing 7.
[0190] In another variant, not shown, the first and second axes of rotation Xa, Xb are arranged in a staggered pattern along an oblique plane. In this case, the plane is inclined with respect to the lower wall 7a of the housing 7 by a value between 0° and 90° or between 90° and 180°.
[0191] Regardless of the position of the first and second axes of rotation Xa, Xb relative to the housing 7, the first and second drive shafts 9a, 9b are arranged in the same arrangement as the first and second coupling elements 20a, 20b relative to the housing 7.
[0192] Advantageously, the housing 7 includes a projecting portion 7e at each of its side walls 7b. Each projecting portion 7e of the side walls 7b of the housing 7 is oriented towards the interior of the housing 7. In other words, each projecting portion 7e constitutes a re-entrant free edge of the side wall 7b to which it is adjacent.
[0193] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 is held in position, in other words is configured to be held in position, inside the housing 7 between its lower wall 7a and the projecting part 7e of each of its side walls 7b, in particular in the assembled configuration of the occulting device 3.
[0194] Here, during the assembly of the electromechanical actuator 11 inside the housing 7, the electromechanical actuator 11 is inserted by a sliding movement inside the housing 7 between the lower wall 7a and the protruding parts 7e of the side walls 7b, along a longitudinal direction of the housing 7, in particular until the first and second drive shafts 9a, 9b are engaged with the first and second coupling elements 20a, 20b.
[0195] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 is fixed, in other words is configured to be fixed, inside the housing 7 by means of at least one fixing element 41, in particular in the assembled configuration of the occulting device 3.
[0196] Here, the fastener 41 is a fixing screw. The fastener 41 is screwed into a screw shank 17e of the housing 17, in particular the base 17c of the housing 17. Furthermore, the fastener 41 is supported, that is to say, is configured to be supported, against the lower wall 7a of the housing 7, in particular in the assembled configuration of the obscuring device 3.
[0197] Thus, the fixing element 41 acts as a pressure screw, so as to press the housing 17 against the protruding part 7e of each of the side walls 7b.
[0198] In this way, the fastening element 41 immobilizes the housing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11 inside the housing 7, in particular along the longitudinal direction of the housing 7.
[0199] Advantageously, the fastening element 41 passes through a through hole, not shown, provided in the cover 17d of the housing 17.
[0200] Advantageously, the fastener 41 includes a pointed shape, not shown, particularly at one of its ends. Furthermore, when the fastener 41 is screwed into the screw shaft 17e of the housing 17, the pointed shape of the fastener 41 penetrates the lower wall 7a of the housing 7, preferably without passing through it.
[0201] Thus, the pointed shape of the fastening element 41 presses against the lower wall 7a of the housing 7 and partially pierces the lower wall 7a of the housing 7, following the screwing of the fastening element 41 into the inside of the screwing barrel 17e of the housing 17, so as to immobilize the housing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11 inside the housing 7, in particular in the longitudinal direction of the housing 7.
[0202] The number of fixing elements for the electromechanical actuator inside the housing is not limiting and may vary. It may, for example, be greater than or equal to two.
[0203] Alternatively, not shown, the or each fastening element 41 is of a different type, for example, by elastic snap-fit or by snap-fit.
[0204] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises a first reducer 19a and a second reducer 19b.
[0205] Each of the first and second reducers 19a, 19b is represented by its envelope in figures 2 and 3, in particular by means of a housing 48 common to the first and second reducers 19a, 19b, without details on its internal constituent elements.
[0206] In an alternative, not shown, each of the first and second reducers 19a, 19b is mounted, in other words is housed, in a respective casing, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0207] Each of the first and second reducers 19a, 19b comprises at least one reduction stage. The reduction stage may be, for example, an epicyclic gear train.
[0208] The type and number of reduction stages of each of the first and second reducers are not limiting. The number of reduction stages may be, for example, three, but also two or four.
[0209] Advantageously, the first reducer 19a is configured to transmit, in other words, drives, a motion generated by the electric motor 16 to the first coupling element 20a and, consequently, to the first drive shaft 9a. Furthermore, the second reducer 19b is configured to transmit a motion generated by the electric motor 16 to the second coupling element 20b and, consequently, to the second drive shaft 9b.
[0210] Each of the first and second reducers 19a, 19b comprises an input tree and an output tree, not shown.
[0211] Here, the input shaft of each of the first and second reducers 19a, 19b is a shaft of a solar pinion of a first stage of reduction.
[0212] Advantageously, the first and second reducers 19a, 19b are mounted, in other words are housed, inside the casing 17, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0213] Here, the first and second reducers 19a, 19b are identical.
[0214] The electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises a first clutch 23a and a second clutch 23b.
[0215] Advantageously, the first reducer 19a is connected, or is configured to be connected, to the rotor 21 of the electric motor 16, via the first clutch 23a, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. Furthermore, the second reducer 19b is connected, or is configured to be connected, to the rotor 21 of the electric motor 16, via the second clutch 23b, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0216] The electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises a housing 49. The housing 49 is common to the first and second clutches 23a, 23b.
[0217] Advantageously, each of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b is of the monostable type.
[0218] In an alternative, not shown, each of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b is of the bistable type.
[0219] Here, each of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b is a friction clutch, in other words, by adhesion.
[0220] Advantageously, the first and second clutches 23a, 23b are mounted, in other words are housed, inside the casing 17, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0221] Here, the first and second clutches 23a, 23b are identical.
[0222] The first clutch 23a is configured to be engaged or disengaged, in other words is engaged or disengaged, so as to connect or disconnect, at least in rotation, the first coupling element 20a and, consequently, the first drive shaft 9a with respect to the electric motor 16, in particular with respect to the first end of the rotor 21 of the electric motor 16.
[0223] In addition, the second clutch 23b is configured to be engaged or disengaged, in other words is engaged or disengaged, so as to connect or disconnect, at least in rotation, the second coupling element 20b and, consequently, the second drive shaft 9b with respect to the electric motor 16, in particular with respect to the first end of the rotor 21 of the electric motor 16.
[0224] Thus, each of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b is configured to be switched either into an engaged position or into a disengaged position.
[0225] Advantageously, each of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b comprises an input shaft 80 and an output shaft 81.
[0226] By "engaging", we mean the implementation of a clutch, at the level of each of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b, to mechanically couple its input shaft 80 and its output shaft 81 and transmit a rotational movement between this input shaft 80 and this output shaft 81.
[0227] By "disengaging", we mean the implementation of a disengagement, at the level of each of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b, to decouple its input shaft 80 and its output shaft 81 and not transmit any movement between this input shaft 80 and this output shaft 81.
[0228] The control unit 15 commands, in other words is configured to control, each of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b, in particular the engagement and disengagement of each of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b.
[0229] Advantageously, the coupling of the output shaft 81 of the first clutch 23a, respectively of the second clutch 23b, with the input shaft of the first reducer 19a, respectively of the second clutch 19b, is implemented via a cardan 84a, which can also be called the first cardan, respectively of another cardan 84b, which can also be called the second cardan.
[0230] Advantageously, the output shaft 81 of each of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b includes a non-circular end. The cardan shafts 84a, 84b each include a bore 85. Furthermore, the bore 85 of each of the cardan shafts 84a, 84b is complementary in shape to the non-circular end of each of the output shafts 81.
[0231] Thus, the output shaft 81 of the first clutch 23a, respectively of the second clutch 23b, is mounted, in other words is housed or inserted, inside the bore 85 of the first cardan 84a, respectively of the second cardan 84b, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0232] Advantageously, the end with a non-circular cross-section of each of the output shafts 81 includes at least one flat.
[0233] Here, the end with a non-circular cross-section of each of the output shafts 81 comprises two flats.
[0234] The number of flats on each of the output shafts is not limited and may vary. It may, for example, be equal to one or strictly greater than two.
[0235] Advantageously, the input shaft of each of the first and second reducers 19a, 19b includes an end with a non-circular cross-section. Furthermore, the bore 85 of each of the cardan shafts 84a, 84b is complementary in shape to the end with a non-circular cross-section of each of the input shafts.
[0236] Thus, the input shaft of the first reducer 19a, respectively of the second reducer 19b, is mounted, in other words is housed or inserted, inside the bore 85 of the first cardan 84a, respectively of the second cardan 84b, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0237] Advantageously, the end with a non-circular cross-section of each of the input shafts includes at least one flat.
[0238] Here, the end with a non-circular cross-section of each of the input shafts comprises two flats.
[0239] The number of flats in each of the input trees is not limited and may be different. It may, for example, be equal to one or strictly greater than two.
[0240] In an alternative, not shown, each of the cardan joints 84a, 84b comprises a first bore and a second bore, instead of a single bore 85. The first and second bores are distinct and can be angularly offset about a first axis of rotation X22, respectively, and a second axis of rotation X26. Thus, the first bore of the first cardan joint 84a, respectively, of the second cardan joint 84b, receives, in other words, is configured to receive, the output shaft 81 of the first clutch 23a, respectively, of the second clutch 23b, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. Furthermore, the second bore of the first cardan joint 84a, respectively, of the second cardan joint 84b receives, in other words, is configured to receive, the input shaft of the first reducer 19a, respectively of the second reducer 19b, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0241] Advantageously, when the electric motor 16 is electrically activated and only one of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b is engaged, only one of the first and second coupling elements 20a, 20b and, consequently, only one of the first and second drive shafts 9a, 9b is driven in rotation by the electric motor 16. Furthermore, when the electric motor 16 is electrically activated and the first and second clutches 23a, 23b are engaged, the first and second coupling elements 20a, 20b and, consequently, the first and second drive shafts 9a, 9b are driven in rotation by the electric motor 16.
[0242] Thus, the first clutch 23a enables a first transmission, in other words a first kinematic, or mechanical, connection, between the electric motor 16 and the first coupling element 20a and, consequently, the first drive shaft 9a. Furthermore, the second clutch 23b enables a second transmission, in other words a second kinematic, or mechanical, connection, between the electric motor 16 and the second coupling element 20b and, consequently, the second drive shaft 9b.
[0243] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises a first brake 25a and a second brake 25b, as illustrated in [Fig.3].
[0244] Here, each of the first and second brakes 25a, 25b is a spring brake.
[0245] The type of brake for the first and second brakes is not limiting and may be different. It could be, for example, a cam brake, a magnetic brake or an electromagnetic brake.
[0246] Advantageously, the first brake 25a is configured to brake and / or block in rotation, in other words brakes and / or blocks in rotation, the first coupling element 20a and, consequently, the first drive shaft 9a, so as to regulate the speed of movement of the first movable bar 8a, during a movement of the screen 2, and to hold the first movable bar 8a in position, when the electromechanical actuator 11 is electrically deactivated and / or when the first clutch 23a is disengaged. In addition, the second brake 25b is configured to brake and / or block in rotation, in other words brakes and / or blocks in rotation, the second coupling element 20b and, consequently, the second drive shaft 9b, so as to respectively regulate the speed of movement of the second movable bar 8b, during a movement of the screen 2, and to hold the second movable bar 8b in position, when the electromechanical actuator 11 is electrically deactivated and / or when the second clutch 23b is disengaged.
[0247] Here, the first brake 25a is configured to be disposed, in other words, is positioned, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11, between the first reducer 19a and the first coupling element 20a, in other words, at the output of the first reducer 19a. Furthermore, the second brake 25b is configured to be disposed, in other words, is positioned, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11, between the second reducer 19b and the second coupling element 20b, in other words, at the output of the second reducer 19b.
[0248] In an alternative, not shown, each of the first and second brakes 25a, 25b is respectively configured to be arranged, in other words is respectively arranged, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11:
[0249] - between two reduction stages of the first reducer 19a, or between two stages of reduction of the second reducer 19b, or
[0250] - between the first clutch 23a and the first reducer 19a, in other words at the output of the first clutch 23a, or between the second clutch 23b and the second reducer 19b, in other words at the output of the second clutch 23b.
[0251] Advantageously, the first and second brakes 25a, 25b are mounted, in other words are housed, inside the casing 17, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0252] Here, the first and second brakes 25a, 25b are identical.
[0253] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 further includes a device, not shown, for detecting end of travel and / or obstacle, which may be mechanical or electronic.
[0254] Advantageously, the end-of-travel and / or obstacle detection device of the electromechanical actuator 11 is implemented by means of the microcontroller 31 of the control unit 15 and, in particular, by means of an algorithm implemented by this microcontroller 31.
[0255] Advantageously, the end-of-travel and / or obstacle detection device of the electromechanical actuator 11 is implemented by means of a measurement of a current flowing through the electric motor 16.
[0256] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises a first position detection device 32a and a second position detection device 32b.
[0257] Each of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b is represented by its envelope in Figures 2 to 5, in particular by means of a housing 50 common to the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b.
[0258] In an alternative, not shown, each of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b is mounted, in other words is housed, in a respective casing, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0259] In another or additional embodiment, not shown, the first position detection device 32a and the first clutch 23a are housed within the same housing. Similarly, the second position detection device 32b and the second clutch 23b are housed within the same housing.
[0260] Advantageously, the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b are mounted, in other words are housed, inside the casing 17, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0261] Each of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b is configured to cooperate, in other words, cooperates, with the control unit 15. In addition, each of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b is configured to, in cooperation with the control unit 15, determine respectively a position, which can be called "current", of the first coupling element 20a or of the second coupling element 20b and, consequently, of the first drive shaft 9a or of the second drive shaft 9b and of the first movable bar 8a or of the second movable bar 8b.
[0262] Advantageously, the control unit 15 is configured to monitor at least one signal from each of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b at a predetermined frequency, in particular depending on the position of the first moving bar 8a or the second moving bar 8b.
[0263] Each of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b is of the magnetic type.
[0264] Each of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b comprises an encoder wheel 86, and one or more position detection sensors, not shown, for the encoder wheel 86, in particular one or more Hall effect sensors.
[0265] In one embodiment, each of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b comprises two sensors.
[0266] The number of sensors in each position detection device is not limited and may vary. It may be, for example, one or three.
[0267] Here, the encoder wheel 86 of the first position detection device 32a, respectively of the second detection device 32b, is connected to the output shaft 81 of the first clutch 23a, respectively of the second clutch 23b.
[0268] Thus, each of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b makes it possible respectively to determine the number of revolutions made by the output shaft 81 of the first clutch 23a or of the second clutch 23b.
[0269] Advantageously, the encoder wheel 86 of the first position detection device 32a, respectively of the second detection device 32b, is made in the form of a magnetic ring.
[0270] Here, the encoder wheel 86 of the first position detection device 32a, respectively of the second detection device 32b, includes a bore 87.
[0271] Advantageously, the first cardan 84a, respectively the second cardan 84b, is fitted, in other words is configured to be fitted, inside the bore 87 of the encoder wheel 86 of the first position detection device 32a, respectively of the second detection device 32b, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0272] Advantageously, each of the cardan shafts 84a, 84b comprises an outer contour with a non-circular cross-section. Furthermore, the bore 87 of each of the encoder wheels 86 is complementary in shape to the outer contour with a non-circular cross-section of each of the cardan shafts 84a, 84b.
[0273] Thus, the first cardan 84a, respectively the second cardan 84b, is mounted, in other words is housed or inserted, inside the bore 87 of the encoder wheel 86 of the first sensing device 32a, respectively of the second sensing device 32b, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0274] In this way, the first cardan 84a, respectively the second cardan 84b, is rotationally fixed to the encoder wheel 86 of the first detection device 32a, respectively of the second detection device 32b, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0275] Advantageously, the outer contour with non-circular cross-section of each of the gimbals 84a, 84b includes at least one flat.
[0276] Here, the outer contour with non-circular cross-section of each of the cardans 84a, 84b comprises two flats.
[0277] The number of flats on each of the universal joints is not limited and may vary. It may, for example, be equal to one or strictly greater than two.
[0278] Advantageously, the sensor or each sensor of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b is assembled on an electronic board of the control unit 15, in particular on an additional electronic board, not shown.
[0279] In one embodiment, the electromechanical actuator 11 comprises a single additional electronic board on which is assembled the sensor or each sensor of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b.
[0280] Thus, the electromechanical actuator 11 includes an additional electronic card common to the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b.
[0281] Alternatively, not shown, the electromechanical actuator 11 includes an additional electronic board for each of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b. In this case, the sensor or sensors of each The first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b are assembled respectively on one of the additional electronic boards. Thus, the electromechanical actuator 11 comprises two additional electronic boards.
[0282] Advantageously, the additional electronic card or cards are held in position, or are configured to be held in position, inside the housing 17 by means of mounting elements, not shown, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0283] In one embodiment, the mounting elements are studs provided in the housing 17, of which there are three.
[0284] The number and shape of the mounting elements are not limiting and may vary. For example, there may be two or more mounting elements, which may be made using snap-fit or push-fit fasteners. These mounting elements may also be provided, for example, in the housing 50 of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b.
[0285] Advantageously, the additional electronic card or cards is electrically connected to the electronic card or cards 30a, 30b by means of an electrical connecting cable, not shown.
[0286] Here, the electrical connecting cable extends between the first and second position sensing devices 32a, 32b, in particular the additional electronic board or boards, and the control unit 15, in particular one of the electronic boards 30a, 30b, being disposed between the housing 17, in particular the base 17c of the housing 17, and the housings of other components of the electromechanical actuator 11, such as, for example, the housing 49 of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b and a housing 51 of a coupling device 33.
[0287] Advantageously, the housing 50 of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b includes an opening, not shown, so as to allow the passage of the electrical link cable between the housing 17, in particular the base 17c of the housing 17, and the housings of other components of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0288] Advantageously, the electrical connecting cable is a flat cable, that is to say, a flat cable, provided with electrical connectors. In addition, each additional electronic board includes at least one electrical connector, not shown. Similarly, one or both of the first and second electronic boards 30a, 30b include at least one electronic connector, not shown. The electrical connectors of the electrical connecting cable are plugged in, that is to say, configured to be plugged in, with the electrical connector(s) of each additional electronic board and with the electrical connector(s) of one or both of the first and second electronic boards 30a, 30b.
[0289] In an alternative, not shown, each of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b allows respectively to determine the number of turns made by the output shaft of the first reducer 19a or of the second reducer 19b.
[0290] In another variant, not shown, each of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b allows respectively to determine the number of turns made by the first coupling element 20a or the second coupling element 20b.
[0291] Advantageously, each of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b also makes it possible respectively to determine the direction of rotation of the first coupling element 20a or the second coupling element 20b and / or to manage the end-of-stroke positions of the first movable bar 8a or the second movable bar 8b.
[0292] Here, the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b are identical.
[0293] Here, the first position sensing device 32a is configured to be disposed, that is to say, is arranged, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11, between the first clutch 23a and the first reducer 19a. Furthermore, the second position sensing device 32b is configured to be disposed, that is to say, is arranged, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11, between the second clutch 23b and the second reducer 19b.
[0294] In an alternative, not shown, the first position sensing device 32a is configured to be disposed, in other words, is arranged, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11, inside the first clutch 23a. Furthermore, the second position sensing device 32b is configured to be disposed, in other words, is arranged, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11, inside the second clutch 23b.
[0295] In another variant, not shown, the first position sensing device 32a is configured to be disposed, that is to say, is arranged, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11, inside the first reducer 19a. Furthermore, the second position sensing device 32b is configured to be disposed, that is to say, is arranged, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11, inside the second reducer 19b.
[0296] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises a first torque transmission device 10a and a second torque transmission device 10b.
[0297] The first torque transmission device 10a is connected, on the one hand, to the electric motor 16, in particular by means of the first reduction gear 19a and the first clutch 23a, and, on the other hand, to the first drive shaft 9a, in particular by means of the first coupling element 20a. In addition, the second torque transmission device 10b is connected, on the one hand, to the electric motor 16, in particular by means of the second reduction gear 19b and the second clutch 23b, and, on the other hand, to the second drive shaft 9b, in particular by means of the second coupling element 20b.
[0298] Here, the first reducer 19a, in particular the output shaft of the first reducer 19a, is coupled, that is to say, is configured to be coupled, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11, with the first coupling element 20a via the first torque transmission device 10a. Furthermore, the second reducer 19b, in particular the output shaft of the second reducer 19b, is coupled, that is to say, is configured to be coupled, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11, with the second coupling element 20b via the second torque transmission device 10b.
[0299] Advantageously, the first and second torque transmission devices 10a, 10b are mounted, in other words are housed, inside the casing 17, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0300] Here, the first and second torque transmission devices 10a, 10b are identical.
[0301] In an alternative, not shown, the first and second torque transmission devices 10a, 10b are different.
[0302] Here, the first reducer 19a and the first torque transmission device 10a are housed inside the same housing 48 as the first and second reducers 19a, 19b. Similarly, the second reducer 19b and the second torque transmission device 10b are housed inside the same housing 48.
[0303] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises the coupling device 33.
[0304] Here, the coupling device 33 is mounted, in other words is housed, inside the casing 17, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0305] Here, the coupling device 33 is disposed between the electric motor 16, in particular the first end of the rotor 21 of the electric motor 16, and the first and second clutches 23a, 23b, in particular the input shaft 80 of each of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b.
[0306] Advantageously, the coupling device 33 includes the housing 51.
[0307] Advantageously, the housing 51 of the coupling device 33 comprises a plate 43 and a cover 44.
[0308] Advantageously, the cover 44 is fixed, in other words is configured to be fixed, on the plate 43, by means of fixing elements 45, in particular in an assembled configuration of the coupling device 33.
[0309] Here, the fixing elements 45 of the cover 44 on the plate 43 are fixing screws, in particular three of them, two of which are visible in [Fig.3] and only one is visible in [Fig.4].
[0310] The number of fastening elements is not limiting and may vary. It may be, for example, equal to two or greater than or equal to four.
[0311] Advantageously, the coupling device 33 comprises a plurality of gears, in this case a first gear 52, a last gear 53 and intermediate gears 54a, 54b.
[0312] Advantageously, the intermediate gears 54a, 54b are arranged, in other words are configured to be arranged, between the first gear 52 and the last gear 53, in particular in the assembled configuration of the coupling device 33.
[0313] Here, the coupling device 33 comprises a plurality of gears 52, 53, 54a, 54b, of which there is a first gear 52, a first intermediate gear 54a, a second intermediate gear 54b and the last gear 53.
[0314] The number of gears in the coupling device is not limited and may vary, preferably being even. It may, for example, be two, which corresponds to a coupling device without intermediate gears, or six, which corresponds to a coupling device with four intermediate gears.
[0315] Advantageously, one of the intermediate gears 54a, in particular the first intermediate gear 54a, is meshed, in other words is configured to mesh, with the first gear 52. Another of the intermediate gears 54b, in particular the second intermediate gear 54b, is meshed, in other words is configured to mesh, with the last gear 53. Furthermore, the intermediate gears 54a, 54b, in particular the first and second intermediate gears 54a, 54b, are meshed, in other words are configured to mesh, with each other.
[0316] Advantageously, the first pinion 52 comprises a first shaft, not shown. Furthermore, the last pinion 53 comprises a last shaft 88, as illustrated in [Fig. 4].
[0317] Advantageously, the coupling of the first shaft of the first pinion 52 with the input shaft 80 of the first clutch 23a is implemented via a universal joint 82a, which can also be called the third universal joint. Furthermore, the coupling of the last shaft 88 of the last pinion 53 with the input shaft 80 of the second clutch 23b is implemented via another cardan 82b, which can also be called the fourth cardan.
[0318] Advantageously, the first shaft of the first pinion 52 and the last shaft 88 of the last pinion 53 each comprise a non-circular cross-sectional end, not shown. The cardan joints 82a and 82b each comprise a bore 83. Furthermore, the bore 83 of each cardan joint 82a and 82b is complementary in shape to the non-circular cross-sectional end of each of the first and last shafts.
[0319] Thus, the first shaft of the first pinion 52, respectively the last shaft 88 of the last pinion 53, is mounted, in other words is housed or inserted, inside the bore 83 of the third cardan 82a, respectively of the fourth cardan 82b, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0320] In this way, the third cardan 82a, respectively the fourth cardan 82b, is rotationally fixed to the first shaft of the first pinion 52, respectively to the last shaft 88 of the last pinion 53, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0321] Advantageously, the end with a non-circular cross-section of each of the first and last shafts includes at least one flat.
[0322] Here, the end with a non-circular cross-section of each of the first and last trees comprises two flats.
[0323] The number of flats on each of the first and last trees is not limiting and may be different. It may, for example, be equal to one or strictly greater than two.
[0324] Advantageously, the input shaft 80 of each of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b includes a non-circular end. Furthermore, the bore 83 of each of the cardan shafts 82a, 82b is complementary in shape to the non-circular end of each of the input shafts 80.
[0325] Thus, the input shaft 80 of the first clutch 23a, respectively of the second 23b, is mounted, in other words is housed or inserted, inside the bore 83 of the third cardan 82a, respectively of the fourth cardan 82b, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0326] In this way, the third cardan 82a, respectively the fourth cardan 82b, is rotationally fixed to the input shaft 80 of the first clutch 23a, respectively of the second 23b, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0327] Advantageously, the end with a non-circular cross-section of each of the input shafts 80 includes at least one flat.
[0328] Here, the end with a non-circular cross-section of each of the input shafts 80 comprises two flats.
[0329] The number of flats in each of the input trees is not limited and may be different. It may, for example, be equal to one or strictly greater than two.
[0330] In an alternative, not shown, each of the cardans 82a, 82b comprises a first bore and a second, instead of a single bore 83. The first and second bores are distinct and can be angularly offset around the first axis of rotation X22, respectively around the second axis of rotation X26. Thus, the first bore of the third cardan 82a, respectively of the fourth cardan 82b, receives, in other words is configured to receive, the first shaft of the first pinion 52, respectively the last shaft 88 of the last pinion 53, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. In addition, the second bore of the third cardan 82a, respectively of the fourth cardan 82b, receives, in other words is configured to receive, the input shaft 80 of the first clutch 23a, respectively of the second clutch 23b, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0331] Advantageously, the housings of the various components of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular the housing 51 of the coupling device 33, the housing 49 of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b, the housing 50 of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b and the housing 48 of the first and second reducers 19a, 19b and of the first and second torque transmission devices 10a, 10b, are assembled together by means of fastening elements.
[0332] By way of non-limiting example, the fastening elements may be by elastic snap-fit, by snap-fit, by screwing or a combination of different types of fastening elements.
[0333] Advantageously, a first set 22 of a first part of the members 10a, 10b, 15, 16, 19a, 19b, 20a, 20b, 23a, 23b, 25a, 25b, 32a, 32b of the electromechanical actuator 11 are aligned along the first axis of rotation X22 and a second set 26 of a second part of the members 10a, 10b, 15, 16, 19a, 19b, 20a, 20b, 23a, 23b, 25a, 25b, 32a, 32b of the electromechanical actuator 11 are aligned along the second axis of rotation X26. In addition, the first and second axes of rotation X22, X26 are parallel.
[0334] Advantageously, the first assembly 22 comprises the first clutch 23a, the first position detection device 32a, the first reduction gear 19a, the first brake 25a, and the first coupling element 20a. Furthermore, the second assembly 26 comprises the second clutch 23b, the second position detection device 32b, the second reduction gear 19b, the second brake 25b, and the second coupling element 20b.
[0335] Here, the electric motor 16 is an integral part of the first assembly 22 and is also aligned along the first axis of rotation X22. In other words, the axes of rotation XI6, X22 coincide.
[0336] In an alternative, not shown, the electric motor 16 is an integral part of the second assembly 26 and is also aligned along the second axis of rotation X26.
[0337] Motion generated by the electric motor 16 is transmitted to the first drive shaft 9a, via the first clutch 23a, the first reduction gear 19a, and the first coupling element 20a, if the first clutch 23a is in the engaged position. This same motion generated by the electric motor 16 is also transmitted to the second drive shaft 9b, via the coupling device 33, the second clutch 23b, the second reduction gear 19a, and the second coupling element 20a, if the second clutch 23b is in the engaged position.
[0338] Thus the electromechanical actuator 11 allows, with the help of this single electric motor 16 and the control unit 15, to drive the screen 2 according to several possibilities.
[0339] When the first and second clutches 23a, 23b are in the engaged position and the electric motor 16 is electrically activated, the motion generated by the electric motor 16 is transmitted to the first and second coupling elements 20a, 20b and then to the first and second drive shafts 9a, 9b, which are then driven in rotation respectively around the first and second axes of rotation Xa, Xb. In this case, the first and second movable bars 8a, 8b simultaneously perform the same vertical movement. This allows the position of a blackout zone in the opening to be selected.
[0340] When only the first clutch 23a is in the engaged position and the electric motor 16 is electrically activated, the movement generated by the electric motor 16 is transmitted only to the first coupling element 20a and then to the first drive shaft 9a. In this case, only the first movable bar 8a moves vertically, while the second movable bar 8b remains in position, i.e., is stationary. Thus, it is the height of the shading area that is modified relative to the opening.
[0341] Similarly, when only the second clutch 23b is in the engaged position and the electric motor 16 is electrically activated, the motion generated by the electric motor 16 is transmitted only to the second coupling element 20b and then to the second drive shaft 9b. In this case, only the second movable bar 8b moves vertically, while the first bar Mobile 8a remains in position, in other words, is stationary. Thus, it is the height of the occultation zone that is modified relative to the opening.
[0342] The first and second movable bars 8a, 8b can therefore be moved vertically by the electromechanical actuator 11 separately or simultaneously.
[0343] The first clutch 23a according to the embodiment of the invention is now described in more detail with reference to Figures 8 and 9. This description also applies to the second clutch 23b.
[0344] X23 is noted as an axis of rotation of the first clutch 23a.
[0345] Advantageously, the first clutch 23a includes a cylinder head 76. In addition, the cylinder head 76 is mounted, that is to say, is housed, inside the housing 49, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0346] Advantageously, the first clutch 23a further comprises a central shaft 93.
[0347] Advantageously, the central shaft 93 includes the output shaft 81 of the first clutch 23a, in particular at one of its ends.
[0348] Advantageously, the central shaft 93 is mounted, in other words is housed, inside the cylinder head 76 and, consequently, the housing 49, particularly in an assembled configuration of the first clutch 23a.
[0349] Here, the output shaft 81 of the first clutch 23a is projecting, in other words protruding, from a first part 41 of the housing 49, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0350] Advantageously, the first clutch 23a further comprises a movable member 94. In addition, the movable member 94 is translationally movable, in other words is configured to be translationally movable, in the direction of the axis of rotation X23, relative to the central shaft 93 and, in this case, relative to the cylinder head 76 and the housing 49, between a first position and a second position.
[0351] The first position of the moving part 94 is the so-called "disengaged" position of the first clutch 23a. Furthermore, the second position of the moving part 94 is the so-called "engaged" position of the first clutch 23a.
[0352] Advantageously, the moving part 94 includes the input shaft 80 of the first clutch 23a.
[0353] Here, the moving part 94 and the input shaft 80 form a single piece. In other words, the moving part 94 and the input shaft 80 form a single piece.
[0354] In an alternative, not shown, the input shaft 80 is brought onto the moving part 94, in other words is assembled or fixed onto the moving part 94.
[0355] Here, the movable part 94 is made in the form of a flat ring with a projecting part which forms the input shaft 80.
[0356] Advantageously, the moving part 94 is connected, in other words is configured to be connected, to the rotor 21 of the electric motor 16, in particular via the coupling device 33, and is movable in rotation, in other words is configured to be movable in rotation, around the axis of rotation X23, relative to the cylinder head 76 and, consequently, to the housing 49, in particular in the assembled configuration of the first clutch 23a.
[0357] Thus, the moving part 94 is driven in rotation, in other words is configured to be driven in rotation, by the rotor 21 of the electric motor 16, in particular through the coupling device 33.
[0358] Advantageously, the central shaft 93 is connected, in other words is configured to be connected, to the first coupling element 20a, in particular via the first reducer 19a and the first torque transmission device 10a, and is rotationally movable, in other words is configured to be rotationally movable, about the axis of rotation X23, relative to the cylinder head 76 and, consequently, to the housing 49, in particular in the assembled configuration of the first clutch 23a.
[0359] Thus, the central shaft 93 drives in rotation, in other words is configured to drive in rotation, the first coupling element 20a, in particular through the first reducer 19a and the first torque transmission device 10a.
[0360] Advantageously, the first clutch 23a further comprises a coil 95.
[0361] Here, coil 95 is annular in shape.
[0362] Here, the central shaft 93, the moving part 94, the coil 95 and, possibly, the cylinder head 76 are centered on the axis of rotation X23, in particular in the assembled configuration of the first clutch 23a.
[0363] Advantageously, the coil 95 is fixed relative to the cylinder head 76 and, consequently, to the housing 49, particularly in the assembled configuration of the first clutch 23a.
[0364] Advantageously, the coil 95 is mounted, in other words is housed, inside the cylinder head 76 and, consequently, the housing 49, especially in the assembled configuration of the first clutch 23a.
[0365] When the coil 95 is supplied with electrical energy, it generates, in other words is configured to generate, a magnetic field, so as to cause a displacement of the moving member 94 relative to the central shaft 93, between its first position and its second position.
[0366] Here, the electrical power supply to the coil 95 is provided by the control unit 15. In other words, the coil 95 is electrically connected to the control unit 15, in particular via an electrical cable, not shown.
[0367] Advantageously, the first clutch 23a is by default in the so-called "disengaged" position, in which the moving member 94 is in its first position. In other words, as long as the coil 95 is not supplied with electrical energy, the moving member 94 is by default in its first position and the first clutch 23a is in the so-called "disengaged" position.
[0368] Advantageously, the first clutch 23a is in the so-called "engaged" position, in which the moving member 94 is in its second position, as long as the coil 95 is supplied with electrical energy. In other words, the moving member 94 is in its second position only during a period of electrical energy supply to the coil 95.
[0369] Thus, as soon as the electrical power supply to the coil 95 is interrupted, the moving part 94 switches from its second position to its first position, in other words the first clutch 23a switches from its so-called "engaged" position to its so-called "disengaged" position.
[0370] Advantageously, the central shaft 93 comprises a core 96, a ring 97 and a bushing 98.
[0371] The ring 98 is disposed, in other words arranged or located, between the core 96 and the crown 97, in a direction radial to the axis of rotation X23, in particular in the assembled configuration of the first clutch 23a.
[0372] Thus, the ring 98 allows the crown 97 to be mechanically connected to the core 96 of the central shaft 93.
[0373] Here, the central shaft 93 is a component obtained by assembling the core 96, the ring 97 and the ring 98.
[0374] The core 96 and the ring 97 are in contact, in other words are configured to be in contact, with the moving member 94 only in the second position, so as to drive the central shaft 93 by the moving member 94, around the axis of rotation X23, by adhesion.
[0375] Thus, in the so-called "engaged" position of the first clutch 23a, the central shaft 93 and the moving member 94 are coupled and the first clutch 23a transmits a rotational movement between its input shaft 80 and its output shaft 81, given that the central shaft 93 is driven in rotation by the moving member 94, around the axis of rotation X23.
[0376] Furthermore, in the so-called "disengaged" position of the first clutch 23a, the core 96 and the ring 97 are not in contact with the moving part 94.
[0377] Thus, in the so-called "disengaged" position of the first clutch 23a, the central shaft 93 and the moving member 94 are decoupled and the first clutch 23a does not transmit any rotational motion between its input shaft 80 and its output shaft 81, being given that the central shaft 93 is not driven in rotation by the moving part 94, around the axis of rotation X23.
[0378] Advantageously, the core 96 and the ring 97 are made of a magnetic material, in particular a metallic, i.e., a ferromagnetic material. Furthermore, the ring 98 is made of a non-magnetic, i.e., non-magnetic, i.e., metallic, material, so as to guide the flow of a magnetic flux, not shown, generated by the coil 95 and to prevent the flow of the magnetic flux directly between the core 96 and the ring 97.
[0379] Thus, the magnetic flux generated by the coil 95 flows from the core 96 to the ring 97 through the moving part 94.
[0380] In this way, this circulation of the magnetic flux generated by the coil 95 causes the movement of the moving part 94 relative to the central shaft 93, between its first position and its second position, in other words between the so-called "disengaged" position and the so-called "engaged" position of the first clutch 23a, and, more particularly, the bearing of the moving part 94 against the core 96 and the ring 97 of the central shaft 93.
[0381] Here, the material of the core 96 and the crown 97 is steel. In addition, the material of the ring 98 is aluminum.
[0382] Advantageously, the cylinder head 76 is made of a magnetic material, in particular metallic.
[0383] Here, the material of the cylinder head 76 is steel.
[0384] Advantageously, the housing 49 is made of an electrically insulating material, in other words, non-conductive of electricity.
[0385] Here, the material of the housing 49 is a plastic material, such as, for example, Poly-Butylene Terephthalate, also called PBT, poly-acetal, also called POM, PolyAmide 6, also called polycaprolactam or PA 6, PolyAmide 6.6, also called polyhexamethylene adipamide or PA 6.6.
[0386] Advantageously, when the coil 95 is supplied with electrical energy, the magnetic flux is channeled into the cylinder head 76, the core 96, the ring 97 and the moving member 94, so as to cause the moving member 94 to move relative to the central shaft 93, between its first position and its second position.
[0387] Advantageously, in the first position of the moving member 94, in other words in the so-called "disengaged" position of the first clutch 23a, an axial air gap Ja of a non-zero value is present between, on the one hand, the core 96 and the ring 97 and, on the other hand, the moving member 94, along the direction of the axis of rotation X23. Furthermore, in the second position of the moving member 94, in other words in the so-called "engaged" position of the first clutch 23a, the core 96 and the ring 97 are pressed against the moving member 94, along the direction of the axis of rotation X23.
[0388] Thus, in the second position of the moving member 94, in other words in the so-called "engaged" position of the first clutch 23a, the axial air gap Ja is canceled by the translational displacement of the moving member 94 relative to the central shaft 93 from its second position to its first position, along the direction of the axis of rotation X23 and in the direction of the central shaft 93.
[0389] Here and in no way limitingly, the value of the axial air gap Ja is on the order of two to three tenths of a millimeter.
[0390] Advantageously, the central shaft 93 further comprises a first bore 66.
[0391] Advantageously, the first clutch 23a further comprises a piston 67 and an elastic return element 68. In addition, the piston 67 and the elastic return element 68 are mounted, that is to say, are housed, inside the first bore 66 of the central shaft 93, in particular in the assembled configuration of the first clutch 23a.
[0392] Advantageously, a first end of the elastic return element 68 is supported, that is, configured to bear against, a bottom wall of the first bore 66, particularly in the assembled configuration of the first clutch 23a. Furthermore, a second end of the elastic return element 68 is supported, that is, configured to bear against, the piston 67, in particular a shoulder of the piston 67, particularly in the assembled configuration of the first clutch 23a. The second end of the elastic return element 68 is opposite the first end of the elastic return element 68.
[0393] Here, the elastic return element 68 is a spring, in particular, a compression spring and, more particularly, a spiral spring.
[0394] Advantageously, the elastic return element 68 exerts a force F against the piston 67. This force F is such that, when the coil 95 is not supplied with electrical energy, that is to say when no electrical voltage is applied to the terminals of the coil 95, the piston 67 presses, in other words is configured to press, against the moving member 94, so as to maintain the moving member 94 in its first position, which corresponds to a rest position of the first clutch 23a, or to move the moving member 94 in translation from its second position to its first position, according to the direction of the axis of rotation X23.
[0395] Thus, following the interruption of the electrical power supply to the coil 95, the first clutch 23a switches from the so-called "engaged" position to the so-called "disengaged" position under the action of the elastic return element 68 and the piston 67.
[0396] In this way, the force F exerted by the elastic return element 68 via the piston 67 makes it possible to overcome a remanent magnetic field present in the cylinder head 76, the core 96 and the ring 97, so as to bring the moving part 94 back into its rest position relative to the central shaft 93.
[0397] Advantageously, the piston 67 includes a guide pin 69. The elastic return element 68 includes a central recess 70. In addition, the guide pin 69 of the piston 67 is inserted, that is to say, is configured to be inserted, inside the central recess 70 of the elastic return element 68, particularly in the assembled configuration of the first clutch 23a.
[0398] Thus, the guide pin 69 of the piston 67 guides the elastic return element 68 relative to the piston 67, according to the direction of the axis of rotation X23.
[0399] Here, the central recess 70 is the center of the spiral shape of the elastic return element 68.
[0400] Here, the guide pin 69 is disposed, in other words arranged or located, at the level of a first end of the piston 67.
[0401] Advantageously, the moving member 94 further comprises a second bore 71. The piston 67 further comprises a centering pin 72. In addition, the centering pin 72 of the piston 67 is inserted, that is to say, is configured to be inserted, into the second bore 71 of the moving member 94, in particular in the assembled configuration of the first clutch 23a.
[0402] Thus, the centering pin 72 of the piston 67 centers the moving part 94 with respect to the piston 67, according to the direction of the axis of rotation X23.
[0403] Here, the centering pin 72 is disposed, in other words arranged or located, at a second end of the piston 67. The second end of the piston 67 is opposite the first end of the piston 67.
[0404] Advantageously, the first clutch 23a further comprises a first bearing 73 and a second bearing 74. In addition, the first and second bearings 73, 74 support in rotation, in other words are configured to support in rotation, the central shaft 93 inside the cylinder head 76 and, consequently, inside the housing 49, particularly in the assembled configuration of the first clutch 23a.
[0405] Advantageously, the first bearing 73 includes a bore 105.
[0406] Here, in particular in the assembled configuration of the first clutch 23a, the first bearing 73 supports in rotation, in other words is configured to support in rotation, the output shaft 81 of the first clutch 23a and the second bearing 74 supports in rotation, in other words is configured to support in rotation, the core 96 of the central shaft 93.
[0407] Advantageously, the output shaft 81 of the first clutch 23a is housed, in other words is configured to be inserted, inside the bore 105 of the first bearing 73, particularly in the assembled configuration of the first clutch 23a.
[0408] Advantageously, the first and second bearings 73, 74 are mounted, in other words are housed, inside the cylinder head 76, particularly in the assembled configuration of the first clutch 23a.
[0409] Advantageously, the first and second bearings 73, 74 are fixed relative to the cylinder head 76.
[0410] Here, and in no way limitingly, the first bearing 73 has a triangular outer cross-section, as illustrated in [Fig. 5], and the second bearing 74 has a circular outer cross-section. Furthermore, a first section of the breechblock 76 at the point where the first bearing 73 is fitted into the breechblock 76 and a second section of the breechblock 76 at the point where the second bearing 74 is fitted into the breechblock 76 have a circular cross-section.
[0411] Advantageously, the first clutch 23a further comprises an axial stop element 75. In addition, the axial stop element 75 limits, in other words is configured to limit, the displacement of the moving member 94 from its second position to its first position, along the direction of the axis of rotation X23.
[0412] Thus, when the moving part 94 is in its first position, in other words when the first clutch 23a is in the so-called "disengaged" position, the moving part 94 is in contact with the axial stop element 75.
[0413] Advantageously, the axial stop element 75 is mounted, in other words is housed, inside the housing 49, in particular its first part 41, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0414] Advantageously, the axial stop element 75 is fixed relative to the housing 49.
[0415] The common housing 49 of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b belonging to the electromechanical actuator 11 is now described in more detail and with reference to figures 2 to 8.
[0416] The housing 49 comprises a first part 41 and a second part 55.
[0417] Here, the first part 41 is a basic structure of the housing 49. In addition, the Part two, 55 is a hood.
[0418] Here, the second part 55 of the housing 49 corresponds to the housing 50 of the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b.
[0419] The first part 41 of the housing 49 comprises a first barrel 56a and a second barrel 56b. The first clutch 23a is mounted, that is to say, housed, in the first barrel 56a, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. In addition, the second clutch 23b is mounted, that is to say, housed, in the second barrel 56b, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0420] The second part 55 of the housing 49 is fixed, in other words is configured to be fixed, on the first part 41 of the housing 49, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0421] Thus, the construction of the housing 49, designed to receive the first and second clutches 23a, 23b inside the first and second drums 56a, 56b, allows to guarantee greater rigidity of the latter, compared to a solution comprising two housings each receiving one of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b.
[0422] In this way, keeping the first and second clutches 23a, 23b within the same housing 49 makes it possible to reduce vibrations generated during the operation of the electromechanical actuator 11 and, consequently, its noise level.
[0423] Furthermore, keeping the first and second clutches 23a, 23b within the same housing 49 ensures the positioning of the first clutch 23a relative to the second clutch 23b, in particular of their respective coil 95, so as to avoid a transfer of magnetic flux between them when they are supplied with electrical energy.
[0424] Furthermore, keeping the first and second clutches 23a, 23b within the same housing 49 makes it easier to assemble the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0425] Advantageously, the second part 55 of the housing 49 is attached to the first part 41 of the housing 49 by means of at least one screw-fastening element 57. The second part 55 of the housing 49 includes at least one through hole 58. The first part 41 of the housing 49 includes at least one screw-in shank 59. The screw-fastening element(s) 57 pass through the through hole(s) 58 and are screwed into the screw-in shank(s) 59.
[0426] Here, the number of screw-fastening elements 57 is equal to two, as is the number of through holes 58 and the number of screw barrels 59. The two screw barrels 59 can also be called first screw barrel and second screw barrel.
[0427] The number of screw-fastening elements, through holes and screw shanks is not limiting and may vary. They may, for example, be equal to one or strictly greater than two.
[0428] Advantageously, the first part 41 of the housing 49 includes a first junction zone 60a and a second junction zone 60b connecting the first barrel 56a to the second barrel 56b.
[0429] Thus, the first part 41 of the housing 49 comprises a larger quantity of material at the first and second junction zones 60a, 60b, so as to increase the rigidity of the first part 41 of the housing 49.
[0430] Advantageously, the first part 41 of the housing 49 includes a recess 65, as illustrated in [Fig. 6]. The recess 65 is provided between the first and second shafts 56a, 56b, in particular between the first and second junction zones 60a, 60b.
[0431] Thus, the recess 65 makes it possible to obtain the largest possible internal volume of the first and second barrels 56a, 56b, so as to maximize the size of the first and second clutches 23a, 23b, which can be received in these first and second barrels 56a, 56b, and, consequently, to maximize the magnetic flux that can be generated by coil 95 of these.
[0432] Advantageously, the first screwing barrel 59 is provided at the level of the first junction zone 60a. Furthermore, the second screwing barrel 59 is provided at the level of the second junction zone 60b.
[0433] Advantageously, the first part 41 of the housing 49 comprises a first end 41a and a second end 41b. The second end 41b is opposite the first end 41a.
[0434] Advantageously, the second part 55 of the housing 49 comprises at least one first stud 77a and at least one second stud 77b, as illustrated in [Fig. 5]. The first stud or studs 77a are supported, that is, configured to be supported, against the first shaft 56a, in particular at the first end 41a of the first part 41 of the housing 49, especially in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. Furthermore, the second stud or studs 77b are supported, that is, configured to be supported, against the second shaft 56b, in particular at the first end 41a of the first part 41 of the housing 49, especially in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0435] Thus, the first or each first stud 77a and the second or each second stud 77b form support zones respectively of the first shaft 56a and the second shaft 56b belonging to the first part 41 of the housing 49 against the second part 55 of the housing 49.
[0436] Here, the number of first plots 77a is equal to two, as is the number of second plots 77b.
[0437] The number of first and second plots is not limiting and may be different. They may be, for example, greater than or equal to three.
[0438] Advantageously, each of the first and second barrels 56a, 56b comprises a plurality of grooves 61, as illustrated in [Fig. 6]. The first clutch 23a, in particular the ring 97 of the central shaft 93 of the first clutch 23a, is held in position, or is configured to be held in position, inside the first barrel 56a by the grooves 61 of the first barrel 56a, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. Furthermore, the second clutch 23b, in particular the ring 97 of the central shaft 93 of the second clutch 23b, is held in position, or is configured to be held in position, inside the second barrel 56b by the grooves 61 of the second barrel 56b, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0439] Thus, the first clutch 23a, respectively the second clutch 23b, is mounted tightly inside the first barrel 56a, respectively the second barrel 56b, by means of the grooves 61.
[0440] Here, the number of gadroons 61 for each of the first and second shafts 56a, 56b is equal to eight, of which only two are visible in [Fig.6] for each of the first and second shafts 56a, 56b.
[0441] The number of gadroons for each of the first and second shafts is not limited and may be different. It may be, for example, greater than or equal to three.
[0442] Advantageously, each of the first and second drums 56a, 56b includes a shoulder 62, as illustrated in [Fig. 6]. The first clutch 23a, in particular the cylinder head 76 of the first clutch 23a, is supported, that is to say, is configured to be supported, against the shoulder 62 of the first drum 56a, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. Furthermore, the second clutch 23b, in particular the cylinder head 76 of the second clutch 23b, is supported, that is to say, is configured to be supported, against the shoulder 62 of the second drum 56b, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0443] Thus, the positioning of the first clutch 23a inside the first barrel 56a, in particular along the direction of the first axis of rotation X22, is defined by the bearing of the first clutch 23a, in particular its cylinder head 76, against the shoulder 62 formed in the first barrel 56a. Furthermore, the positioning of the second clutch 23b inside the second barrel 56b, in particular along the direction of the second axis of rotation X26, is defined by the bearing of the second clutch 23b, in particular its cylinder head 76, against the shoulder 62 formed in the second barrel 56b.
[0444] Advantageously, the first part 41 of the housing 49 comprises a first flat 78a and a second flat 78b. The first flat 78a is supported, that is to say, is configured to be supported, against the housing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular one of the side walls of the housing 17, especially in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. Furthermore, the second flat 78b is supported, that is to say, is configured to be supported, against the housing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular the other of the side walls of the housing 17, especially in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. The two side walls of the housing 17 are opposed to each other.
[0445] Advantageously, the first part 41 of the housing 49 further comprises at least one first fastening element 63 and at least one second fastening element 64, particularly at its second end 41b. The housing 51 of the coupling device 33, particularly the cover 44, comprises at least one first recess 89 and at least one second recess 90. The first fastening element or elements 63 are inserted, or rather configured to be inserted, into the first recess or elements 89, particularly in the assembled configuration. of the electromechanical actuator 11. In addition, the or each second fixing element 64 is inserted, in other words is configured to be inserted, into the or one of the second recesses 90, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0446] Here, the first part 41 of the housing 49 comprises two first fixing elements 63 and two second fixing elements 64 and the housing 51 of the coupling device 33, in particular the cover 44, comprises two first recesses 89 and two second recesses 90.
[0447] Advantageously, the first or each first fastening element 63 and the second or each second fastening element 64 are elastic snap-in fastening elements.
[0448] Here, the first or each first fastening element 63 and the second or each second fastening element 64 are made in the shape of a hook, in other words in the shape of a gooseneck.
[0449] Advantageously, the first or each first fastening element 63, or the second or each second fastening element 64, includes a notch 79. The first or each first recess 89, or the second or each second recess 90, includes two rims 91. In addition, the notch 79 of the first or each first fastening element 63, or the second or each fastening element 64, is supported, or is configured to bear against, one of the rims 91 of the first or each first recess 89, or the second or each recess 90, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0450] Thus, the support of the notch 79 of the or of each first fixing element 63, respectively of the or of each second fixing element 64, against one of the edges 91 of the or of each first recess 89, respectively of the or of each second recess 90, makes it possible to prevent a withdrawal of the or of each first fixing element 63, respectively of the or of each second fixing element 64, in relation to the or to each first recess 89, respectively to the or to each second recess 90.
[0451] In other words, the notch 79 of the or of each first fixing element 63, respectively of the or of each second fixing element 64, forms a harpoon which is designed to cooperate with one of the edges 91 of the or of each first recess 89, respectively of the or of each second recess 90, so as to prevent the withdrawal of the or of each first fixing element 63, respectively of the or of each second fixing element 64, relative to the or each first recess 89, respectively to the or each second recess 90.
[0452] In this way, the housing 49 common to the first and second clutches 23a, 23b, in particular its first part 41, and the housing 51 of the coupling device 33, in particular its cover 44, are held together by means of the or of each first fixing element 63 and of the or of each second fixing element 64.
[0453] Advantageously, the first or each first fastening element 63, or the second or each second fastening element 64, comprises a first bearing surface 92. The first or each first recess 89, or the second or each second recess 90, comprises a second bearing surface 99. Furthermore, the first bearing surface 92 of the first or each first fastening element 63, or the second or each second fastening element 64, is supported, or is configured to bear against, the second bearing surface 99 of the first or each first recess 89, or the second or each second recess 90, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0454] Thus, the housing 49 common to the first and second clutches 23a, 23b, in particular its first part 41, and the housing 51 of the coupling device 33, in particular its cover 44, are mounted tightly against each other, by means of the first and second bearing surfaces 92, 99.
[0455] Advantageously, the first or each first fastening element 63, respectively the second or each second fastening element 64, includes a chamfer 46, in particular at its end end, so as to facilitate the insertion of the first or each first fastening element 63, respectively the second or each fastening element 64, into the first or one of the first recesses 89, respectively into the second or one of the second recesses 90, when assembling the housing 49 common to the first and second clutches 23a, 23b with the housing 51 of the coupling device 33.
[0456] Advantageously, the first part 41 of the housing 49, in particular the first barrel 56a, includes a first through hole 47. The first part 41 of the housing 49, in particular the second barrel 56b, includes a second through hole 47. The input shaft 80 of the first clutch 23a is introduced, or is configured to be introduced, into the first through hole 47, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. Furthermore, the input shaft 80 of the second clutch 23b is introduced, or is configured to be introduced, into the second through hole 47, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0457] Advantageously, the second part 55 of the housing 49 comprises a first through hole 100 and a second through hole 100. The output shaft 81 of the first clutch 23a is introduced, or is configured to be introduced, into the first through hole 100 of the second part 55 of the housing 49, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. Furthermore, the output shaft 81 of the second clutch 23b is introduced, or is configured to to be introduced into the second through hole 100 of the second part 55 of the housing 49, particularly in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.
[0458] A method for adjusting, or calibrating, the axial air gap Ja of the first clutch 23a is now described with reference to Figures 8 and 9, this method being in accordance with an embodiment of the invention. This description also applies to the second clutch 23b.
[0459] The adjustment procedure is implemented following the complete assembly of the first clutch 23a, except for the first bearing 73. The installation of the bearing 73 is carried out using a tool T.
[0460] Before the implementation of the adjustment process, the axial air gap Ja between, on the one hand, the core 96 and the ring 97 and, on the other hand, the moving member 94, according to the direction of the axis of rotation X23, is not adjusted and takes an arbitrary value, given that the position of the central shaft 73 relative to the cylinder head 76 has not been adjusted.
[0461] The tool T includes a groove 101. The groove 101 is configured to receive the first bearing 73.
[0462] The tool T further includes a hole 102. The hole 102 is configured to receive the output shaft 81 of the first clutch 23a.
[0463] The tool T further comprises a finger 103. The finger 103 is configured to exert pressure on the central shaft 93 of the first clutch 23a. The finger 103 has an axial length L which is greater than a thickness e of the first bearing 73, along the direction of the axis of rotation X23. The difference in length A between the axial length L of the finger 103 and the thickness e of the first bearing 73, along the direction of the axis of rotation X23, corresponds to a predetermined value of the axial air gap Ja.
[0464] The adjustment process includes a first step of positioning the first bearing 73 on the tool T, in particular in the groove 101 thereof, as illustrated in insert A of [Fig.8].
[0465] Following the first step, the adjustment process includes a second step of inserting the tool T into the through hole 100 of the second part 55 of the housing 49, so as to insert the output shaft 81 of the first clutch 23a into the bore 105 of the first bearing 73 and into the hole 102 of the tool T, until the finger 103 is pressed against the central shaft 93, in particular against its core 96, as illustrated in Inset B of [Fig. 8]. The finger 103 is pressed against the central shaft 93 by means of the triangular shape of the first bearing 73, which provides a passage area for the finger 103 inside a bore 104 of the cylinder head 76 and around the first bearing 73.
[0466] Following the second step, the adjustment process includes a third step of placing the central shaft 93, in particular its core 96 and its ring 97, against the movable member 44, itself supported against the axial thrust element 75, using tool T, in particular its finger 103, exerting pressure on the central shaft 93, so as to position the first bearing 73 in the bore 104 of the cylinder head 76, as illustrated in insert C of [Fig.9].
[0467] During the second and third stages, the first bearing 73 is not in support against the central shaft 93, but only against a bottom face of the groove 101 of the tool T.
[0468] Following the third step, the adjustment process includes a fourth step of withdrawing the tool T out of the through hole 100 of the second part 55 of the housing 49, in a withdrawal direction R, so that the elastic return element 68 positions the central shaft 93 against the first bearing 73, so that the core 96 and the ring 97 of the central shaft 93 are separated from the moving member 44, in the direction of the axis of rotation X23, by the predetermined value of the axial air gap Ja, as illustrated in inset D of [Fig.9].
[0469] Thus, following the removal of the tool T, the elastic return element 68 moves the central shaft 93 in a translational movement, along the direction of the axis of rotation X23, in the same direction as the direction of the removal R of the tool T, until the central shaft 93 is supported against the first bearing 73, so as to create an axial offset between, on the one hand, the core 96 and the ring 97 and, on the other hand, the moving member 94, this axial offset corresponding to the predetermined value of the axial air gap Ja.
[0470] Thanks to the present invention, the construction of the housing, designed to receive the first and second clutches inside the first and second barrels, makes it possible to guarantee greater rigidity of the latter, compared to a solution comprising two housings each receiving one of the first and second clutches.
[0471] Numerous modifications can be made to the embodiment examples described above without departing from the scope of the invention.
[0472] In an alternative, not shown, the first and second clutches 23a, 23b are different.
[0473] In an alternative, not shown, the first and second position detection devices 32a, 32b are different.
[0474] In an alternative, not shown, the first and second reducers 19a, 19b are different.
[0475] In an alternative, not shown, the obscuring device 3 further comprises another screen. One end of the other screen is connected to the housing 7. The other end of the other screen is connected to the first movable bar 8a. Thus, the other screen is positioned, or rather configured to be deployed, between the housing 7 and the first movable bar 8a. Depending on the position of the first movable bar 8a relative to the housing 7, the other screen is more or less deployed.
[0476] In an alternative, not shown, the blackout device 3 comprises a number of movable bars greater than or equal to three, which can all be moved by means of the electromechanical actuator 11, respectively by means of a clutch and, optionally, a reducer, a torque transmission device, a position detection device and a brake.
[0477] Alternatively, and not shown, the first and second cords 4a, 4b, as well as the third and fourth cords 4c, 4d, in particular their ends, are fixed to a window or door frame or to a building wall, in particular by means of retaining elements. Thus, the shading device 3 may be without a housing, i.e., a rail, positioned at the top or above the opening. In this case, the retaining elements are configured to be fixed, i.e., are fixed, to the window or door frame or to the building wall by means of fixing screws, not shown. The fixing screws pass through holes provided in the retaining elements and are screwed either into plugs, not shown, housed in the window or door frame or in the building wall, or directly into the window or door frame or into the building wall.Furthermore, the lengths of the first, second, third, and fourth cords 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d are designed so that they remain permanently taut relative to the window or door structure or the building wall, thus allowing the first and second movable bars 8a, 8b to move along them. In this case, the motorized drive device 5, in particular the electromechanical actuator 11, is mounted, or rather housed, inside one of the movable bars 8a, 8b, especially in the assembled configuration of the shading device 3.
[0478] In another variant, not shown, the first, second, third and fourth cords 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d can be kept taut by means of one or more elastic return elements, such as, for example, one or more springs.
[0479] Alternatively, the electric motor 16 of the electromechanical actuator 11 may be of the asynchronous type.
[0480] Regardless of the embodiment, one or each of the first, second, third and fourth cords 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d may be replaced by a chain.
[0481] Furthermore, the envisaged embodiments and variants can be combined to generate new embodiments of the invention, without departing from the scope of the invention.
