Abstract

ANTI-FOG LENS AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS. The invention discloses an anti-fog lens and its manufacturing process, and relates to the technical field of manufacturing anti-fog lenses. The manufacturing process comprises: S1, injection molding; S2, dust removal; S3, surface treatment; S4, application of curing solution; S5, pre-baking; S6, baking; S7, cooling; S8, removal of the auxiliary layer; S9, injection of anti-fog solution; S10, baking; and S11, inspection and packaging. The anti-fog lens comprises a base layer, an anti-fog layer, and a curing layer. The anti-fog lens has a longer lifespan and is more resistant to abrasion because the anti-fog solution penetrates the curing layer and is not simply coated on the surface.Furthermore, during the manufacturing process, the combination of corrosion and ionic impact significantly improves the bond strength between the layers.
