----- SHIN GUARDS AND GARMENT COMPRISING THEM The invention relates to a shin guard (1), comprising a sleeve (2) made of stretch fabric carrying a cushioning piece (3) attached to the sleeve (2) and configured, in use of the shin guard (1), to be positioned in front of all or part of a user's tibia, the cushioning piece (3) comprising a one-piece shell (6) formed of a layer of a cushioning material, the layer of cushioning material being made up of a tiling of individual hexagonal cells (7), characterized in that each hexagonal cell (7) of the shell (6) is connected to its neighbors.
