Abstract

An electrochemical cell comprising: - a cylindrical stack successively comprising a first electrode sheet, a first separator, a second electrode sheet of opposite polarity to the first electrode sheet, and a second separator; - a housing containing said cylindrical stack, this housing incorporating a cylindrical lateral envelope (3) extending between a first end (4) and a second end (5) opposite the first end; - a cover attached to and fixed at the first end (4); - the first end (4) comprising a first portion (41) extending along a longitudinal axis (7) of the cell and a second portion (42) inclined with respect to the longitudinal axis and defining an annular base against which the cover (6) rests. Claims

internal face (61) comprising an inclined segment (62) defining an angle with the longitudinal axis (7) of between 30 and 45 degrees, said inclined segment (62) being suitable and intended to cooperate with the second portion (42).

6. Electrochemical cell (10) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the inner face (61) of the cover (6) comprises an annular peripheral segment (63) which extends substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis (7), said peripheral segment (63) being intended to cooperate with the first portion (41).

7. Electrochemical cell (10) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the peripheral segment (63) has a length measured along the longitudinal axis (7) of between 0.2 and 0.3 millimeters.

8. Electrochemical cell (10) according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the length of the peripheral segment (63) is substantially equal to 0.25 millimeters.

9. Electrochemical cell (10) according to any one of claims 6 to 8, characterized in that the first portion (41) has an inner diameter, and in that the peripheral segment (63) has an outer diameter between the inner diameter less 0.05 millimeters and the inner diameter less 0.15 millimeters, the inner diameter and the outer diameter being measured along a radial axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (7).

10. Electrochemical cell (10) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the outer diameter is substantially equal to said inner diameter less 0.1 millimeters.
