Method for sizing an electric vehicle charging infrastructure

Abstract

A method for sizing a charging infrastructure comprises the following steps: S1: generating activity scenarios representative of electric vehicle charging activity; S2: generating an initial population of Npop individuals; S3: implementing an iterative process of selecting and modifying individuals from the population to improve the overall score of the individuals in the population at each iteration, until a stopping criterion is met; S4: selecting an individual from the newly generated population of Npop individuals, the selected individual having the highest overall score, and sizing the charging infrastructure according to the parameters of the selected individual.
