Abstract
The present invention is a hydroconversion process in a bubbling-entrained hybrid bed of a heavy hydrocarbon feedstock in the presence of a hydroconversion catalyst in the form of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) nanoparticles in single sheets obtained by an ex-situ preparation process from an organosoluble precursor comprising a molybdenum-sulfur bond.
