Method for attaching a damping device to a suspension element

Abstract

Method of bonding a damping device (20) with a suspension element having at least one layer of paint, the damping device (20) being configured to cover at least partially a portion of the suspension element, the method comprising the following successive steps: a step (E1) of cleaning the surface to be covered; a step (E2) of applying an adhesion agent at least partially to a rough surface (Z2) of the damping device, intended to cover at least partially said portion; a step (E3) of aligning the surface of the damping device (20) and the surface of the suspension element so as to bring them into contact;and a step (E4) of progressive activation of microvibrations perpendicular to said rough surface (Z2) on which the adhesion agent has been applied, for a predefined duration, so as to allow bonding by pressure distribution between the two aligned surfaces.
