Abstract

Method for modeling an urban area including a road network. Method for modeling a mapped urban area (1) comprising geographic portions (11), each geographic portion (11) being associated with at least one environmental factor, the method being characterized in that it comprises the following steps: A data collection step (E01); A data aggregation step (E02) in a database (140); An analysis step (E03) to verify the conformity of at least one environmental factor with a predefined criterion; If the environmental factor is compliant, a strategy development step (E041) to maintain the conformity of the environmental factor; If the environmental factor is non-compliant, an evaluation step (E042) of strategies to make said environmental factor compliant, then, A strategy selection step (E05); A step of transmitting instructions (E06). Claims

1.

2. Demands Method for modelling a mapped urban area (1) comprising a road network (10) intended to be traversed by users (20), the users (20) and / or the road network (10) being equipped with means of perceiving (25) the environment, the mapped urban area (1) comprising a plurality of geographical portions (11), each geographical portion (11) being associated with at least one environmental factor chosen from air pollution and / or noise pollution and / or road traffic density, the method being characterized in that it comprises the following steps: - A collection step (E01) of geolocated and time-stamped data via the means of perception (25) of the environment for each geographical portion (11) of the urban area; - An aggregation step (E02) of the data collected in a database (140); - An analysis step (E03) of the aggregated data to verify the conformity of at least one environmental factor for at least one geographical portion (11) with respect to a predefined criterion; - If at least one environmental factor is compliant, a development step (E041) of different strategies adapted to maintain the compliance of at least one environmental factor; - If at least one environmental factor is non-compliant, an assessment step (E042) of different strategies adapted to bring said environmental factor into compliance, then, - A selection step (E05) of a strategy among the different strategies based on the evaluation of each strategy; - A transmission step (E06) of instructions to a plurality of users (20) of the road network (10) of the urban area to implement the selected strategy. A method according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the analysis step (E03) comprises an interpretation substep (E031) data collected to infer information representative of a level of at least one environmental factor for at least one geographical portion (11).

3. A method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the analysis step (E03) includes a comparison substep (E032) of a level of the environmental factor to a first predetermined threshold value for said environmental factor.

4. A method according to the preceding claim, characterized in that when an environmental factor level is greater than or equal to the first threshold value, at least one environmental factor is considered non-compliant, and in that the analysis step (E03) further includes a substep of estimation (E033) of the severity of the impact of said environmental factor on the condition of the road network (10) of the urban area.

5. A method according to claim 3, characterized in that when an environmental factor level is strictly less than the first threshold value, the analysis step (E03) includes a comparison substep (E034) of an environmental factor level to a second predetermined threshold value for said environmental factor, the second threshold value being strictly less than the first threshold value.

6. A method according to the preceding claim, characterized in that when an environmental factor level is greater than or equal to the second threshold value, the analysis step (E03) includes a prediction substep (E035) over a time horizon of the evolution of at least one environmental factor for at least one geographical portion (11).

7. A method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the development step (E041) of different strategies and the evaluation step (E042) of different strategies each include at least one sub-step of simulating (E043) the consequences generated by the application of each evaluated strategy.

8. Method according to the preceding claim, characterized in that it comprises a recording step (E044) in a database (140) of the results obtained following at least one simulation substep (E043) and a comparison step (E045) of said results.

9. Modeling system (100) of a mapped urban area (1) comprising a road network (10), the modeling system (100) comprising a representation module (110) configured to represent the road network (10) of the urban area from data collected by environmental perception means (25), at least one communication means (120) configured to exchange with the environmental perception means (25) and with users (20) and a decision-making module (130), the modeling system comprising hardware and / or software elements (110, 120, 130) configured to implement the method according to any one of the preceding claims.

10. Modeling system (100) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the representation module (110) includes a display interface (111) configured to display a map of the mapped urban area (1) including the road network (10) and configured to display on the map at least one graphic object visually representing the level of at least one environmental factor.

11. Product computer program comprising program code instructions recorded on a computer-readable medium to carry out the steps of the process according to any one of claims 1 to 8 when said program runs on a computer or product computer program downloadable from a communication network and / or recorded on a computer-readable and / or computer-executable data medium, characterized in that it comprises instructions which, when the program is executed by the computer, cause the computer to carry out the process according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
