Abstract

A computer system for interconnecting a plurality of entities via a network is presented. It includes a database for storing the profile information of a plurality of entities, a communication module to ensure communication with and between the plurality of entities, a data sharing platform to provide a collaboration space, and a collaboration management module to manage the processes between the plurality of entities. The collaboration management module supports and monitors the collaboration and manages the transfer of a reward when the collaboration is completed. DRAWING FOR PUBLICATION: Fig. 1

Claims

1. Demands A computer system for interconnecting a plurality of entities via a network comprising: a database to store profile information for multiple entities; a communication module to ensure communication with and between the plurality of entities; a data-sharing platform to provide a collaborative space; and a collaboration management module to manage processes between multiple entities; in which the computer system is configured to: • provide, via the communication module, to a first entity access to at least part of the profile information stored for the plurality of entities in the database; • receive, via the communication module, a request from the first entity to propose a contract to a second entity, in which the details of the contract include the conditions to be met and a reward when the conditions have been met; • transmit the contract to the second entity via the communication module; • receive, via the communication module, a message of acceptance of the contract from the second entity; • store, via the collaboration management module, the contract details in the profit information of the first entity and the second entity in the database; • provide, via the communication module, to the first entity and the second entity a secure collaboration space on the data sharing platform to share the data required to execute the contract; • monitor, via the collaboration management module, the conditions of execution of the contract; • in response to the contract having been executed, transfer, via the communication module, the reward to the second entity; and • update, via the collaboration management module, the profit information of the first entity and the second entity in the database.

2. The computer system of claim 1 further includes a subscription module, in which the computer system is further configured to: • receive, via the communication module, a subscription request from the first entity with profile information provided from the first identity of the first entity; • transmit, via the communication module, a subscription acceptance message to the first entity; • store, by the subscription module, the profile information of the first entity in the database; and • enrich, by the subscription module, the profile information of the first entity stored in the database with the information collected for the first entity when it interacts with the first entity.

3. The computer system of claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the data downloaded from the first entity into the collaboration space includes an open part shared with the second entity and a secure part to which the second entity does not have access.

4. The computer system of claim 3, wherein the open part of the data is further divided into a modifiable part and a non-modifiable part for the second entity.

5. The computer system of claim 3 or claim 4, wherein the definition of the parts is configured by the first entity via a user interface and / or automatically defined on the basis of the data type.

6. The computer system of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the computer system is further configured to validate, by the collaboration management module, the details of the contract before passing the contract on to the second entity.

7. The computer system of any of the preceding claims is further configured to support, through the collaboration management module and via the communication module, the negotiation of the details of the contract.

8. The computer system of any of the preceding claims, wherein the computer system is further configured, when it provides the first entity with access to at least some of the profile information, to provide, via the communication module, a search interface to the first entity in order to find another entity with which to collaborate, wherein, a search, via the search interface, is supported by an artificial intelligence module in order to explore and filter search results in accordance with at least some of the profile information.

9. The computer system of claim 8, wherein the artificial intelligence module is continuously trained on the basis of feedback after acceptance of the contract and / or after execution of the contract.

10. The computer system of any of the preceding claims, wherein the computer system is further configured, when monitoring the conditions of performance of the contract, to track one or more fields in the data shared via the collaboration space.

11. The computer system of any of the preceding claims, wherein the reward includes a payment, for which the computer system is further configured, upon transfer of the reward to the second entity, to debit the first entity in accordance with the payment.

12. The computer system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the profile information includes a reliability score, wherein the reliability score is determined on the basis of the behavior of the plurality of entities during the performance of contracts.

13. The computer system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the profit information of an entity includes one or more areas of expertise of the entity, the entity's general terms and conditions, the volumes available within 23 the entity to execute contracts in the areas of expertise, and the operation of the entity's markets.

14. The computer system of any of the preceding claims, wherein the entities are service providers in the field of travel.

15. The computer system of claims 1 to 12, in which the entities are providers of computing resources to perform computing tasks.
