Abstract

Adjustable magnetic field controllable magneto-electric device The invention relates to a magneto-electric device (10), comprising: a substrate (12); a magneto-electronic module (14), attached to the substrate; electronic connections (16, 18) to the magneto-electronic module; a magnetic element, disposed at a non-zero distance from the magneto-electronic module; and an actuation member (24), capable of modifying said non-zero distance.The device further comprises uprights (30) arranged on either side of the magneto-electronic module; the actuating member comprises a conductive electrode (34) disposed on the magneto-electronic module (14) and between the uprights; and the magnetic element comprises a suspended membrane (22) extending between the uprights, opposite the electrode; said membrane being capable of being elastically deformed under the effect of an electrical voltage applied between said membrane and the electrode, so as to bring said membrane closer to and / or further from said electrode.
