Abstract

NUTRITIONAL COMPOSITION The nutritional composition according to the present invention comprises a first Amla fruit extract and a second Amla fruit extract, the first Amla fruit extract being an extract of unripe Amla fruits with a greenish-yellow or green skin and whose skin lines have not all turned red. Based on the total weight of the first Amla fruit extract, the first Amla fruit extract comprises vitamin C in an amount of at least 35% by weight and tannins in an amount of at least 10% by weight; based on the total weight of the second Amla fruit extract, the second Amla fruit extract comprises vitamin C in an amount of 0% by weight to less than 30% by weight, and tannins in an amount greater than 30% by weight. The nutritional composition may have enhanced antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and skin-brightening effects.
