Abstract

Additional heel lifts for athletic shoes designed to improve body biomechanics. This invention relates to a device that avoids the financial cost of competition shoes while performing the same function with less specialized footwear. The user will thus be better able to prevent the risk of pain and injury, and potentially improve their performance. It consists of a heel lift with a fixed angle and height (1), made of a flexible, rounded shape that holds the shoe in place, featuring holes (2) for attaching elastic laces to ensure a secure fit. The sole is widened (4) and non-slip (3) for improved stability. Finally, a greater length (5) extending outwards from the foot enhances support upon impact with the ground.The device according to the invention is particularly intended for practitioners of cross-training, powerlifting, bodybuilding or weightlifting, performing leg flexion, snatch or clean and jerk movements.
