Abstract

The invention relates to a rotisserie (1) comprising a cooking chamber (2) of general parallelepiped shape with a ceiling (3), a floor (4) and peripheral side walls (5), a tray (6) integrated into the floor (4) or attached to said floor (4) and suitable for forming a collector at least of cooking fats, at least one mobile support (7) for food to be cooked positionable inside the chamber, a heating system (9) for the internal volume of the chamber (2), at least one inlet port (10) for a fluid into the chamber (2) and one or more drain ports (110, 111, 112) for the tray (6). The rotisserie (1) is a self-cleaning rotisserie comprising at least one forced fluid circulation circuit (12) between the or at least one (110) of the drain ports (110, 111, 112) and the or at least one of the inlet ports (10) of a fluid into the enclosure (2) to allow recirculation of the fluid inside the enclosure (2).Figure for the summary: Fig. 4.
