Abstract

Machining installation (1) for a part (100), in particular aeronautical, said installation (1) comprising: a system for rotating the part (100) around an axis of rotation (X), preferably vertical, and a machining device (6) for the part (100), said machining device (6) comprising a body (8) extending along an axis of extension (Z) and carrying at an axial end (7) a machining tool (10), said machining tool (10) comprising a machining head (11) oriented towards the axis of rotation (X) and comprising at least one machining insert (12), characterized in that the machining device (6) further comprises a magnet block (14) which is fixed on the body (8) and which is diametrically opposite the machining insert (12) with respect to the axis of extension (Z) so as to form a counterweight.
