Abstract

A motor vehicle equipped with a rear axle comprising, for each wheel (6), a suspension triangle (2) including, on one side, an elastic connection to the vehicle body (12) pivoting about an axis (A), and on the other side, a rear wheel hub (4) comprising an electric machine (20) having a shaft aligned with the axis of the elastic connection (A), and comprising a motion transmission between the electric machine (20) and the wheel hub (4), each electric machine (20) being directly connected to the body (12) by fixings (22) filtering the vibrations of this machine (20), without passing through the suspension triangle (2).
