Abstract

The present invention relates to an article (23) comprising at least a first container (4) and a second container (4), each of the first and second containers comprising one or more populations of beneficial arthropods for crop protection, the second container (4) having a predetermined portion (15) of wall (16) bonded to the first container, the article (23) being arranged such that an action of separating the second container from the first container removes the predetermined portion (15) from the second container and creates at least one opening (20) allowing the arthropods to exit the second container.
