Abstract

The invention relates to a method for constructing a floor or upper floor slab (D), comprising: - a step of placing at least one prismatic formwork box (R) prior to pouring the slab (D), said box (R) having a horizontal lower base face (BI) and upper base face (BS); - a step of pouring the slab (D) around said box (R); - a step of removing the box (R); and - a step of pouring the slab (D) in place of said box (R), characterized in that said box (R) has a trapezoidal cross-section in a vertical plane, such that the lower base face (BI) is larger than the upper base face (BS).
