Abstract

The invention relates to a frame for a swimming pool (100). A first beam (104) and a second beam (106) can be configured to connect to a frame element (102) to form part of the pool frame. Devices can be provided on the first and second beams for attaching to the frame element. The orientation of the first beam can be adjusted relative to the second beam so that a circumference of a swimming pool is formed when the series of beams and frame elements are connected. In some embodiments, the frame element may include a receptacle, an insert, and a pin. The receptacle may include a first protruding portion for a first beam and a second protruding portion for a second beam. One or more pins can be used to attach the beams to the insert and the receptacle. Figure 4
