METHOD FOR VEHICLE NAVIGATION PREVENTING RUT FORMATION

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for vehicle navigation that prevents rutting. The vehicle is positioned on a track extending between a first point and a second point. The track has a first surface and a second surface. The method comprises the following steps: - a step (E1) of determining a first surface condition value for the first surface and a second surface condition value for the second surface; - a step (E2) of calculating a trajectory by applying a model to the first determined surface condition value and the second determined surface condition value; - a step (E3) of navigating the vehicle from the first point to the second point along the calculated trajectory so as to perform vehicle navigation that prevents rutting.
