Abstract

The present invention relates to a method and device for controlling a head-up display (HUD) system in a vehicle, comprising a touchscreen (12). For this purpose, data representing a display request from a control button of the vehicle's HUD system are received, the display request being a function of data obtained from at least one device onboard the vehicle. The HUD system control button is displayed on the touchscreen (12) according to a predetermined graphic representation (320). A control command for the head-up display system is transmitted via a touchscreen command (31) to the control button, the control command being a function of the touchscreen command (31).
