Abstract

Radio Frequency Signal Amplifier This description relates to a radio frequency signal amplifier (100) comprising: - a first differential input pair comprising a first transistor (T101) and a second transistor (T102); - a second differential output pair comprising a third transistor and a fourth transistor; - a first capacitive element (T111) disposed between a control terminal of said first transistor and a conduction terminal of said second transistor; - a second capacitive element (T112) disposed between a control terminal of said second transistor and a conduction terminal of said first transistor; - a third capacitive element (T113) disposed between a control terminal of said third transistor and a conduction terminal of said fourth transistor; and - a fourth capacitive element (T114) disposed between a control terminal of said fourth transistor and a conduction terminal of said third transistor.Figure for the abridged version: Fig. 1.
