Abstract

This vapor chamber (24) comprises a closed enclosure (30) delimiting an internal cavity (32) and a working fluid (34) contained within the internal cavity (32). The working fluid (34) comprises water. The enclosure (30) is entirely made of materials having a dielectric constant less than 89. It includes a peripheral wall (44) whose inner face (50) is made of a water-inert material. It also includes an evaporator (40) and a condenser (42). Each of these comprises an outer layer (46) comprising aluminum nitride and an inner layer (48) made of a water-inert material. Figure for the abbreviation: Fig. 2
