Abstract

An object identification process (1) comprising: - an acquisition step (E1) of an image (2) of the object (1), - a classification step (E2) implemented by a computer using a model (7) obtained by learning the image (2) in a given class (C) among predetermined classes (C) each associated with a predetermined nature of object (3), - an emission step (E3) of an identification signal (S) including the nature of object (3) associated with the given class (C), the identification process previously comprising: - a generation step (A1) of a three-dimensional geometric representation (5) of an identified object (20) representative of the object (1), - a generation step (A3) of views (6) of the three-dimensional geometric representation (5) defining a training basis (B), and - a training step (A4) of the model (7) from the training basis (B).
