Abstract

The invention relates to a pocket cell (PC) comprising a cell support (S) connected to collectors (CA, CC) of two electrical terminals, the cell support (S) having a flat or coiled rectangular shape and being enclosed in a sealed casing (FA), the pocket cell (PC) having two widths and two lengths (L1, L2), the lengths (L1, L2) being larger than the widths, characterized in that the collectors (CA, CC) of each terminal are distributed or extend along one or both of the lengths (L1, L2), and in that the casing (FA) comprises degassing means along one or both of the lengths (L1, L2).
